Loud, in a shady area. Right next to the hotel is a junk yard. People doing drugs in the parking lot. Smelled like Marijuana as soon as I stepped into the building. The clerk was gruff. The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The mini fridge was open and leaked. 2 standard pillows for a king size bed. 2 very startched bath towels. 1 roll of toilet paper.

There was no breakfast.

The bathtub didn’t have a stopper. The toilet leaked from the bottom every time I flushed. The key didn’t always work. The construction getting to it was awful.

Room is going bad smell, ac was off by the time we occupied. Ac make too much noice not able to get adjusted with that environment. So in a new place like this we can’t sleep

The entrance. Horrible with the construction. We missed it and had to go all around and the cars are going to fast down the frontage road that when you slow down to turn even with signal they get right up on you. I think it’s because it doesn’t look like an entrance.

It was small so wherever you parked you were close to entrance of hotel.

Had a waterfall coming out of the light fixture in the bathroom. They lock the doors at 8:00 p.m., so you have to use a side door with no lighting. They aren't very friendly or professional. Small uncomfortable pillows (only 3), dirt and dust bunnies floating down the halls, parking is for compact cars. No continental breakfast, nothing is convenient for dinning/breakfast. A lot of construction covers the entrance. Poor signs. Television had no remote, and the staff neglected to give the password or instructions on how to use the television.

For the price, it was okay.

The website said they offer continental breakfast and once I arrived I was informed they didn’t offer any breakfast. I asked several times to have my room cleaned in my 11 day stay they never showed up to clean. Then I was told I had to take out my own trash. I had to go buy my own toilet paper. Would not recommend this hotel.

i did not like that fact that the A/C unit in our room didn’t get cold, the shower faucet didn’t have good water pressure and there wasn’t breakfast in the morning.

I liked how clean they kept the whole property and rooms. the staff was friendly and accommodated to my special needs.

Not clean. The whole hotel had a terrible odor. The going rate should have been half of what we paid. We felt very uncomfortable and dirty our entire stay.

They did not stay, bedbugs and stained sheets. The guys there for a training class . This was close to the company hosting class , but I ended up getting them another room in a different location.

Dirty stained towels and stained bathtub. No daily cleaning. First room at the rear of the first floor ( not near our family on the second floor) was next to an incredibly loud machine. We were told to just close our room door and it would be fine. It wasn’t! We had to insist on another room location.

The older staff members were helpful in getting their minimal TV access. They also told us that if we actually wanted clean towels daily, we had to request it ahead of time.

Extremely hard to get to. Entrance is just beyond a bridge on the I-35 access road. TV very hard to figure out. Finally found the stations I was looking for on the second night. Only coffee for one cup. Had to get more for the second night as the room wasn't touched by maid service.

Close to my office. Parking near entrance. Instant hour water. Clean. Lay at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

I was there to be with my family - no real complaints They knew I was there for a week, but I had to stop and ask for coffee every day. They only give you one day supply

There was no breakfast, although sign on building is advertising one Bathrooms equipped for handicap - very good Building, rooms, walls showing their age
