You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It has smoking units and heaven for bid you go down the wrong ha ha you smell like an ashtray individuals transients coming and going throughout the night doesn’t help that your door itself is an inch or two from the floor

United States of AmericaI didn't like the location of my room being near the drug store nearby and hearing the sounds of car stereos blaring in the background! Other than that, it was a nice experience stay at you hotel!
I liked the cleaners, the WiFi and the convenience of the bus line that goes pass there! I was able to connect my Roku player to the TV and play it! I also like the convenience of having a laundry mat on site!

The hotel was fine... nothing fancy. No pool or hot tub. The room was OK for a cheaper type hotel. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Crystal.

United States of AmericaDo not stay here if you are needing to get your rest! The staff called my room numerous times for information that had already been given to them. I was trying to sleep because I am a bus driver and need to drive at night. I hung the “do not disturb” tag on my door and they still called my room! I was more than slightly annoyed. Again, this is not a place to stay if you need to be left alone and need your rest.

United States of AmericaNoisy due to thin walls and loose adjoining doors, big holes in the bedspread, threadbare sheets and towels, no in-room coffee, no hairdryer, big unprofessional signs taped to all entry/exit doors with rules, pool closed, prominent list of NOs at the front desk, (kind of intimidating,) the deposit had to be in cash, no receipt given, the room next door was being used for solicitation, with people coming in the back door at all hours of the night, lumpy bed and pillows, building very run down.
The key card worked and the shower drain was not plugged. The staff were friendly.
