Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesBooking.com didn't send our payment, and three other guests checking in had the same problem. Will not be using booking.com again anytime soon. No issues whatsoever on the hotels end, they were great.
Camillo the manager was super helpful and kind, helped us fix an issue where I had paid in advanced but booking.com never sent the payment, so he navigated their customer support with me and got us our room no problem. He gave us stellar recommendations to local food and drinks. Xavier also shuttled us to and from the concert venue we came to town for, very professional. Great experience with the staff. The room was clean and cozy, facilities were all pristine. Excellent stay.

United StatesWe had a minor issue checking in with an employee who wasn’t sure how to find our reservation amid a software transition. We were trying to check in about two hours early, and the room was ready, but she didn’t know how to actually check us in without double-charging my credit card. We simply left for a few hours to enjoy the museum in town, and when we came back after the standard check-in time, the manager had returned, and we all discovered that she had managed to check us in somehow after we’d left. Everyone was very nice about this little issue, and since this was the only hiccup in our stay, I’d say we had a great visit.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to find.

United StatesLeaving the hotel parking lot can be tricky as you can't make a left into the main street. Lots of traffic noise. Right next to the main highway so we heard lots of loud vehicles and trucks "Jake braking".
The staff were fantastic and the room was clean. Lots of restaurant options really close.
