It was clean and comfortable, for me the bed was too low and the towels were rough and dingy.

The location of the property wasn’t the best. It was in a slightly rundown neighborhood. It was a 15 minute drive to attractions and the beach, etc. The house itself, other than the bedrooms could have been more in order. There were supplies and bags full of linens, etc. everywhere and the kitchen wasn’t the greatest. The only thing that I used were the Styrofoam cups and the microwave I would not have wanted to use anything else because nothing else looked like it was clean. The refrigerator needed a good cleaning out. I don’t know whose food was in there but I wouldn’t have put mine in it. A good deep clean, and a deep declutter would make the place much more appealing.

Upon walking in there was a stench of old trash, however the place was spotless. Opened the room door and it was boiling HOT! No Ac access to the room, only a small fan to blow the hot air around. Upon inspecting room, it was wonderfully clean , until noticing there was an issue with Ants & Roaches. In the shower I did kill a rather large German Cockroach. Multiple ant on floor and another small roach on floor in bathroom infront of toilet. Which was a complete bummer because the property is so quiet, bed comfortable but due to the bug situation I reused to even bring in luggage and slept on-top of purchased blankets. For the price, it’s kool for a night or two, just before being in any belonging spray for bugs yourself and purchase small AC unit.

Location was amazing and easy to access interstate.

The host kept threatening behavior writing disrespectful messages if I didnot answer her call. Booking could not do much to help me out so I had to block the hosts calls. I finally decided to not go to the room as the host was very impolite and money greedy person.

Host was a nightmare and kept calling me on my phone over different apps. Worst and unexpected experience.

Honestly a perfect room for the price

The room was very clean and the other people in the home were very respectful. Owner was prompt with answering times and was quick to help out with any questions I had.

Filthy stained with blood mattress, old property in very dangerous neighborhood, extremely rude and aggressive owner, all the time changing her decision, not reliable or trustworthy. RUN!

That I can leave immediately and never come back. They have cameras outside and inside everywhere - so guest and visitors under CCTV cameras 24/7 like in glass house live show.

The photos provided in the listing were rather misleading. The living room couch had a pile of large black plastic bags on it, as did the ottoman. The outside of the house needs quite a bit of maintenance. The wrong key was hanging on the room door. When I tracked down the owner by text (she was out of town), she insisted that the key worked. Thankfully there was a jar of keys in the kitchen, and the correct one was there. The bed wasn't very comfortable, The bathroom, including the shower, had no place to put toiletries, except the floor. The bathroom sink soap dispenser was empty, so had to fill it myself from a dispenser in the kitchen. That was the only soap provided; none for the shower.

Outside of the room, there was really no sitting area. Given the cooler weather, I would like to have had a place to sit outside. There was absolutely no yard space or porch area, indicating this is mainly just an area to sleep and maybe have a quick breakfast in the kitchen but not to spend any time at during the day. Also, the couch facing the front door was littered with trash bags. When I asked the owner if they could be moved, I was told they were clean laundry intentionally placed there. When I returned, I saw them off the couch but on the floor in front of it. It's not aesthetically pleasing. Perhaps they could've been placed in a linen closet instead?

The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, plastic ware and coffee for guests. I liked the fact that there was a couch in the room and not simply a bed and that I had my own private bathroom. There was a washer and dryer available for convenience. There have been recent renovations, including new tile throughout the home and a new shower in the unit. The owner was very welcoming and was responsive when there was a question. Overall, the accommodation was quiet, pleasant and comfortable.

The only thing-and this is little-would be that there wasn’t any cream or sugar for the coffee. I thought it would have been a nice touch since there was a coffee maker. But I grabbed my own, not that big of a deal
