I got charged twice once in booking I paid in advance and the clerk asked for my card and charged me again pluse 148 deposit which I did get back after several days but more important I got eat up with bedbugs so bad I had to get medical prescriptions for it I stayed in room 160 that night I have suspected before the sheets weren’t changed you need to check the rooms. I will not be staying again

The smell of the room. I wanted non-smoking, but apparently someone had smoked in the room. Also they billed me $50 more than the billed I signed and have not responded to my question as to why.

Hotel was dirty a customer service was poor and misinformation they charge a deposit the same amount as the room fee had loud music and and they blame the locals for their policies so anyone looking to come to the super 8 you better off just going to cross the street Days inn

The location but it's not worth the money and once you're committed there's nothing you can do to change it if you want cheap dirty and ghetto from top to bottom stay here

Room was Dirty. Cigarette Burns in the bedding. There was a gap all the way around the door so you could see outside, there was hair in the shower, the floors were sticky. The grounds were worn down and dilapidated. Did not feel safe or clean.

It was so dirty. The room was not cleaned well and there was hair all over the ‘clean’ shower. There were sticky stains on the floor. The corners had pileups of dirt in them. Even when we complained to the front desk they did nothing. We asked to be moved to a different room and they refused even though there were rooms available. The breakfast was not staffed and there was a minimal amount of food available; they were out of several items. They did not have water available. We will not be staying here again and do not recommend this hotel at all.

The front desk lady was great. But no one informed me an extra $50 was taken out for a deposit. An my tv didn’t work. She asked if I wanted to move rooms but I was already settled. The tub wasn’t clean an neither was the floor . There was a sign talking about the deposit but most people including myself don’t read those signs. I believe that should be brought up at time of arrival. An a option of payment should be offered before running someone’s debit/credit card. That was never offered to me. I was told I will receive my deposit back in 3-5 business days. Which should be deposited back the same day . My stay was fine but I will no longer stay with super 8 motel

upon arrival one of the locks are our door was broken. I informed the night desk clerk and she said we know, very rudely. We had to use a chair and ball bag as extra lock. There was the constant smell of Marijuana. We had medicine in the refrigerator only to find it unplugged and a roach trap with roaches.

the front desk clerk during the day deserves a raise she was the only good thing about our stay.

room wasn’t fully cleaned when we were given the key and had to stand outside while they cleaned but they were very nice and very fast to fix it and the other guest stood outside our room blaring car radios drinking and being very loud.

When we arrived, the first room had not been made up. We were given a second room. it was freezing cold, didn’t look like it was wiped down at all. the cabinet holding the fridge and microwave has a lot of spill marks. there was hairs on the bathroom’s floor alone with a dead bug. Not sure what, but it made me think of a type of roach. I pulled the sheet pack to put my daughter to bed and there was a broken fingernail in the bed and the pillows had marks on it. After 14 hrs on the road we were too tired to go and ask for another room, although I don’t think it would have mattered. We will not be stay i g at a Super 8 again.

EVERYTHING. I NEVER leave reviews like this bc as a single travel ball mom on a budget I have stayed in some shady places…but I have never been as disgusted as I was by this place! Upon opening our door at arrival there was a bug on the wall…I simply chalked it up to the possibility that the housekeepers had let it in with them. I proceeded to find 3 more dead bugs on the floor and several pest control traps (with dead bugs on/in them) throughout the room, the walls were absolutely DISGUSTING and looked like bodily fluids were dripping on the walls, there was God knows what all over the entertainment stand and microwave, cigarette holes in the bedding, fridge leaking water into the floor….I could go on and on.

We didn't end up staying....we were given keys to a room. When we went in, someone was already in that room. Beds not made, and clothes all around. Went back to the lobby and reported the mistake. Apologies made and given keys to another room....found the same thing. Felt unsafe so we left. Sorry. Won't return!

The room smelled horrible, the bathroom had a strange smell, the room was not clean, the microwave and refrigerator were dirty.

Location in Dalton was fine, otherwise, there was nothing good about the facility.

Our room was not as expected. The sofa sleeper was a futon that had stains on it. There was no extra bedding. The walls and floors had lots of marks/dirt and did not appear clean. The bathroom door hinge was broken so it is hard to close. The main door and side door (?) do not fit the door frame well and it did not feel secure. We were just passing through and it was a last minute choice because of the storm. It did provide us a place to sleep (2 adults in a queen & 4 kids in a queen sideways) for the 6 hours we needed but by far does not match photos in listing nor expectations. The room was very run down.
