I like Mr Edgar as a waittres who help us in the bfast resto whom dare to inform even to ellaborate the rule of not allow to bring in the provided hot tea which actually we took for the particular lobby hotel themself

It was quite expensive that particular night but this is not a fault of the property - the air show was on.

Lots of natural light in the large guest room. Convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. Hotel very well maintained.

The lobby area looks cheap (too glitzy), I expected it to look more classy..The bedrooms are dated and a bit tired. The lack of a buffet at breakfast was disappointing.

Loved the location and the roof terrace, pool, gym. Also the size and comfort of the suite (though pretty dated)

The room was terrific!

The hotel is wonderful! We had a terrific time in Chicago. For sure It became much better because of Kate (front desk) and Spirol. They turned our trip more pleasant and enjoyable. Coffee and tee at the lobby everyday was a nice start for the day. Our room was so comfy and It was been well cleaned in our entire stay. We use the hotel bikes. They weren’t new but perfectly useful for one day. I truly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely no view from the room, blocked by other building. Nothing to see. The carpet was dirty (needed vacuumed), but I think it may have been because workers installed a TV before we got there. There was glitter, food, and garbage on the carpet. The room was a little warm.

The room was comfortable, cozy beds. The morning coffee and tea was nice. Staff very friendly. Rooftop terrace had nice view.

elevator was broken/crowded, and it's a little worn if you look it the wall paper corners or the upholstery but the hotel had great bones. TV system is not super new, no microwave or coffee

Pillows could be better, they were too thick. Called to ask if they had any other types and they had not.

Everything was great in this proper hotel! It was clean and kept daily, beds were comfortable, excellent noise insulation, good A/C, well maintained room and facilities. Very centric!

Unfortunately, booked the hotel for the swimming pool as part of the amenities, but it was not open and it was not mentioned anywhere on the website or a reservation. Also, I tried to contact a few times the staff and it was not clear as to when it will be open.

The carpet in the room needs a deep cleaning and the bedhead a new cover. Some dusty corners.

The wood trim looks a bit worn out in places, but that is to be expected with an older hotel.

The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on, with virtually zero motion transfer between me and my partner. I really appreciated the receptionist's tip to avoid the top floor due to potential noise from the gym above - we chose a room on the 16th floor instead. While there’s still a bit of traffic noise, earplugs easily take care of that

Everything, even down to the details, was perfect. Nothing was out of place or mixed up. You can tell that the standards are higher there than a typical hotel.
