The rooms are a bit outdated and could use an upgrade in furniture and decor.

Just off interstate 70, this hotel is conveniently located. We had a big double room for our group of 5. The rooms were clean and breakfast was a step up from the normal hotel breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was plentiful. Good tasting. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant even though it was 1:45am when we checked in. Shower had good water pressure. Did need to use the rubber bath matt provided for inside the tub.

The toilet/shower area was very small. It's hard to get in and out with the door opening into that area. The pool was dirty. I stayed here before, and the pool was dirty then, too.

It's very homey and friendly.

Hotel is showing some wear and tear but overall the property and rooms are clean. This place was a very good value for the price we paid.

I liked that it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the location was close to I 70. We got to park near the door to our room which makes unloading a breeze.

The power went out for a couple of hours due to the snowstorm, but the room stayed warm, and I was happy to spend some time with my grandson off his phone and playing gin rummy!

They provided comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast, as well as accommodating us unexpectedly for an extra day when the highway closed due to a sudden spring snowstorm.

Having ground floor access eased lugging clothes into the room Breakfast was varied and abundant. A quilt on the bef made the room welcoming.

Older facility but had clean rooms with hot water. Very nice staff and very good breakfast. The price was exceptionally affordable and well under what the other hotels in the area were through Bookings. This was a great location just off the interstate but far enough there was not any road noise from it. Would stay again.

Our shower handle was a bit quirky and it made it difficult to find the hot water setting. It should be looked at and replaced. The room door was a bit tricky to get closed. If you weren't careful, it would seem closed, but could open just by pushing on it.

I liked that the Lodge at Russell was away from the interstate and traffic noise. The accommodations were quite adequate and our room was clean. The breakfast was a step above most motel offerings, especially some of the big chains. The homemade cinnamon rolls were awesome, as was the biscuits and gravy. Our bath towels were large and fluffy.

It would be good to add more information about the hotel (there is breakfast and a 24/7 front desk) There was no response to the message on the booking and the phone indicated in the booking does not work.

The only things I can say we didn’t like, were the pressure of the water in the shower. The other was the beds, they were a little hard.

We liked the staff, they were very friendly n nice. The breakfast was good, too. We liked the rooms and the price. The atmosphere was peaceful.

Nothing to dislike about the place

Breakfast was great! Eggs, yogurt, waffles, toast, cinnamon rolls, and good coffee. We were only there one night but it was more than adequate for our needs. Very nice folks and it is a family owned place.
