The place doesn't seem to do well with hot water. We had comfortable, but not hot showers.

Great breakfast, and friendly, hard working staff. Pet friendly. Dated building but clean and updated rooms. The brick walls actually makeup great sound proofing!

Our shower nozzle seemed to have been broken. Could only get very hot water out of it and knob would come totally off when trying to adjust the temp. But we do understand things happen. I’m sure they will fix it. Breakfast was just okay. Parking was a bit far away-not convenient when you forgot something in your car.

Nice neighborhood surroundings. Comfortable. Cozy entrance area. Nice balcony setting. Nice pool area but too early yet for swimming. Very nice staff members.

Cons: Our wifi didn't work at all and the TV didn't work and we had to call the front desk and they sent a "tech" really just an employee and he couldn't fix it. The front desk employee, John, was short tempered with us as I felt we were bothering him because we had no TV or wifi. He made it clear it wasn't his job to fix. That was not okay. Finally got the TV working the next day after a different employee, Vincente, who was GREAT, came to fix it, but it was a hassle for the first day and a half. We enjoy TV! It's part of our relaxation in a hotel.

Pros: excellent breakfast service, the breakfast and breakfast staff were awesome! The breakfast staff deserves a bonus in my opinion. The location is awesome. The hotel is older and maybe in need of upgrades, but that was not a deterrent.

Staff slightly annoyed at times but they did help us out with an extra night. Rooms could use an update - at least bathrooms.

Room, bath and furnature a bit dated, with a renovation it would be 10/10.

Fantastic location, right at the ski slopes and 1min to the mall with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Technican was available (we could not figure out the heating). Room for skis. Fitness room and Jacuzzi. Versatile and ample breakfast (included). Free shuttle to airport.

There was no parking in the garage when we got back after dinner and outting downtown. Should be accounted for since we paid for parking $25/day

Some room conditions like some lights not working, window air conditioning gap letting cold air in. Nothing that could not be fixed.

Brakfast and lunch are very good services provided. Having facilities to leave the skis right out of the main entrance is a plus

Very dated. The door lock looked like it'd been broken into before. Also, we saw an extra key sitting outside our door. It turns out that was to our room door! That was very concerning.

The parking is such a hassle. It’s off site and down a hill. It was also a very convoluted path to get to things and getting back in from the lower level was hit or miss with locked doors.

It has a cozy comfortable atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. It is clean and well kept. I actually liked the physical steel room key - I dislike the magnetic cards that lose their memory from a cell phone touching it.

The fridge did not seem to work but made a lot of noise. There was water on the floor of the bathroom when we got there.

The room had a great view. The bed was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed.

Bed was really uncomfortable. The mattress was hot, and was too stiff/formfitting. You sink in and get hot, have trouble repositioning because the mattress holds the shape you were lying in.

Super nice staff. Free coffee and hot chocolate was very welcome after cold days on the slope.

Compare with their lunch, they breakfast are just very limited, they serve coffee, sausage , eggs , bread, juice. yogurt . As someone always want to eat hearty breakfast, these choices are not very appealing to me. So, i end up eat very little, I really wish they have little more choices on their pastry , like some Danish and croissant and add couple of more choices of protein... Overall, this is a good choice if your focus is enjoy the slope and snow. It has everything you need for a ski trip and perfect location, nothing fancy , just practical.

This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. the reason i come back is for it ski in ski out location , the hotel is actually pretty old and quite expensive given its condition. But, it is the best value I can find for its location. Their staff are great , all very friendly and nice. but , service is quite limited. they do not have dinner, their breakfast is eatable if you have to eat breakfast and not picky . BUT< they do have a great FREE lunch provided . this is one of top things I like this hotel. By lunch time, you can ski all the way to the dinning room double door, and take your ski off, and go in have a hot FREE lunch with a lot of space to put down your gear, and drink ice tea and lemonade , lunch are very simple but good, just couple of tasty soup and breads and cookies , but they are all well made and very tasty, you are not only eating healthy , but also avoiding all crowds and fast food. Just super nice. just for this reason I would come back here again. their do have nice pool and hot tub , and provide robe for guest which is also a big plus.

Ski in/ski out easy access to the slopes. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and lunch each day and the lobby area was a nice place to gather for work or fun. We enjoyed the “old school” vibe.

It's really simple hotel, the price reflects quality, but when you in the mountains you don't spend much time in hotel. Everything was as we expected.

Location is perfect! We were staying with toddler and it was so easy to go for few skiing runs with toddler. Sky cab was so confortable to have near easpecialy with toddler. Room was simple, but ok.
