Location, view of the pond and golf corse, (boy some golferers really are bad! More fishing in pond for balls, but fun), comfortable and clean beds, kitchen and deck. Great location with lots to do and afternoon sun on the deck daily!

Couch was not for me, but I pulled out the office chair so I had the Straight back support. My wife loved it though..

I like the location of Saddlebrook Resort. I liked that the unit was clean. Saddlebrook Resort is very peaceful. This unit is on a small lake and lots of birds to watch. Parking for this upstairs unit was never a problem. I picked this unit because of the price. I booked this unit for 30 days. I was starting a new job.

Upon arrival there was a funky smell. I bought Lysol and sprayed and cleaned with water and vinegar to try to clear the smell. I washed all the bed linens and threw the pillows in the dryer, I couldn't figure it out. Upon leaving when I removed my clothes from the closet they all smelled like cigarette smoke. I must have been the neighbors on either side of that unit smoking inside their unit. There was a rolled up piece of outdoor carpet on the balcony and wasp nests on the balcony. The walls between the units are thin. The kitchen appliances needed to updated. As well as the laundry set. I only slept in the master bedroom and the mattress has definitely seen its better days. There were four towels in the whole unit. I read that in a previous review so I brought my own. The closest doors for the master closet were leaning against the wall. The only mirror in the master bath was placed so high that I could only see my eyes. No other mirror in the master bathroom. Roaches. The windows exterior had never been cleaned and had green mold on them. The host was unresponsive at best. I read this and when I arrived the host was super attentive and within hours was non existent. I covered the sofa with a blanket anytime I sat on it. The photos showed two full beds in the second bedroom, there were two twins. The photos were better than the unit.

Absolutely nothing except the view. The view out the living room doors was so pretty. I liked it when they did the balloon launch.

The unit inside was so filthy it was hard to enjoy anything.

The surrounding area was great. Easy enough access to high ways and grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants.

One of the guards was a bit rude to us even though we were registered guests on the property. We were not allowed to go to swimming pool and restaurant area. No courtesy for even explanations.

We arrived late in the evening with the promise of having two pack and plays for our children (one toddler and one infant). Nothing was left in the closet. The owner of the property answered all of our messages up until the first day of our stay, and then went dead silent. The pack and plays were promised the following day and nothing. My husband then had to leave at 10pm to go buy two pack and plays at the local Walmart. Extremely disappointed!!! To top it off, our fridge did not function for the two weeks of our stay, even after contacting the owner, nothing was done and no response was given. We had hundreds of dollars worth of groceries gone to the garbage, including frozen breast milk that was brought to the property. No bath soap, basic kitchen supplies, very few towels, no cleaning supplies, broom, vacuum, NOTHING for two weeks. Dishwasher did not close, so it became useless. Main TV internet did not connect. Good luck finding the password, because the one displayed in the apartment was wrong. Master bathroom door doesn’t lock. The apartment is located in a construction site with loud construction noises early in the morning, an extremely strong paint odour emanating from other units around. A dirty, stained couch. Booking.com did not help at all!! I would advise against staying here if you are in need of a relaxing vacation.

Location, relaxing and quiet

My refrigerator went out and my food spoiled contacted someone never got back to me. Maintenance show up Monday and couldn't do anything and scheduled a technician to come the day Pryor to check out, waited and didn't come as soon I left to do errands they show up went back but they left. Sent a message yo see if I get some type of discount or some free stay but no answer yet.

Location, simplicity, cost.

Problem w keypad lock system the entire stay. No cleaning supplies. No bathroom tissue upon arrival.

We booked this over a hotel so we could enjoy having a balcony, and we truly did enjoy it. It was so peaceful. We loved watching all the different birds out at the pond. The room was spacious. We were close to family, shopping and the interstate.

The room had a little bit of a musty smell to it. The bed wasn't very comfortable.
