Couldn’t get access to main pool property still under construction no staff services because room phones were not working it was a horrible experience and overly priced for an a experience I could not get access to

The fact that it was under renovation didn't stay that on the website. They charge for everything. That valet parking is $30 a day, I think it's too much when we had to walk to the front desk to check out because the front desk wasn't answer calls for pick up. Pillows sucked to flat. Shower heads need to be clean. Registration wasn't easy to find. Registration staff is unfriendly. I understand renovation, but this place had way too much going on. Place definitely needs to be renovated. Looks run down. Pictures look great but not what I thought I was booking.

It’s currently under construction which you don’t find out till after you book. The rooms are old, our room felt like 75 degrees and after being in sun all day at tournaments, being told it’s just an old unit made for a very long uncomfortable night.

Received email stating valet parking was only option available until they ran out of space. Had to drive to self park, wait for the shuttle, then wait for bell hop with golf cart to take us to room. Suites are very tired, furniture is old and carpets are soiled. Windows appear to not have been cleaned in some time.

valet, golf cart , lost our car was late to our game. the front desk person was rude, not enough kitchen stuff. no dish towels no paper towels. our keys were lost to our car and we had to go get our own car. captive with valet and not have a choice.

This place needs a major renovation...the fit and finish is very worn and outdated. The property is very "understaffed"...very long check-in/checkout lines. The valet service is a mess and certainly not worth the $30 per day...we tried to call for our car in advance from our room and no one every answered the phone so we walked from our room to the desk and still their were long lines and cars just sitting in the driveway blocking inbound and outbound traffic.

the location was nice and the staff at the small cafe's and pool refreshments were kind and helpful, as well as, the manager of the sports bar...who had to take food orders, act as the host to seat people and clear tables (not enough staff).

Rooms were very poorly presented Wallpaper coming off wall. Stains on ceiling and carpet. No fan in bathroom to take steam out. I felt very uncomfortable with the quality of room and mold.

The room we stayed was very old, deferred maintenance and unclean. Also too far away from the main lobby where we had to get our car to go anywhere. Every time, we called for a ride, it was either unavailable or 30 min minute wait. Quite shocking that we did not have these basic needs met at the hotel.

I would not use a free non-secure wifi.

The room was very dated and stains on the couch. The people below were horrible and nasty. They had garbage all over the stairwells and threw the screen for the sliding door in the bushes. They were drinking quite a bit as white claw cans were everywhere. Will not be back.

The room was very dated like helpless 55+ person with no family members to help upkeep the unit, the sliding door for privacy didn’t work the lighting was terrible in the second bathroom and the bathrooms were filthy and the sink stopper broken, when I went to call for housekeeping or maintenance the phone was a prop with no connection the water view was actually a dirty algae pond in the back. Will not return or recommend!

I like the location it was in the center of what I needed and I enjoyed it was a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, I did not enjoy the cool dewy breeze on a golf cart at 1 AM to my room

Rooms were very dated, sofas were dingy and stained, not very clean, found dead bugs, and food particals on the carpets. Called to ask for them to vacuum, and no one ever showed up! Besides that, it was just a night to lay our heads down before we headed to the beach.

Location was nice and the grounds. Staff was very friendly.

when had no towels in our room we had to use one little hand towel that was on the rack between 6 people . we called room service and go no answer we called housekeeping no answer front desk no answer . we had spider webs everywhere in my room . ac barely worked . we were very disappointed we paid a lot to be there .
