The smart TV, the non free wifi. Air conditioning was messed up and room was overly hot.

The bed was very hard and pillows squishy. The pull out couch angled upward at the top making it difficult to sleep on without feeling like you’re sliding off.

It was close to food, shopping and convenience.

We could tell the hotel was under going some renovations. Some detail things in our room just felt uncompleted, but nothing that negatively impacted out stay.

Easy check-in, room was clean. Breakfast was hot and offered a variety of options. I really liked the layout and size of the room, it came across as bigger then other basic hotel rooms I have stayed at in the past. Location is great, right by anything you could need!

The staff was unfriendly and the night shift had an attitude towards us. We are polite people. The pool area for two days straight you could tell us not clean. I know because there was a bandage and two huge hair clots unmoved. I disposed them because it was gross. The front desk said thank you for letting us know, but never cleaned up.

Our bathroom sink had next to no water coming out. When I mentioned to the person at front desk she answered “you must be in room - - -, we have to call in outside Plummer to fix, they haven’t come yet”. Was totally set back with her answer, thinking than why are you renting out the room. Must say that’s what really disappointed us.

We were told all 4 of our rooms would be close together. Mary worked hard to accommodate us with only one room being at the other end of the hallway. Missed the big Christmas tree that wasn’t decorated for Christmas yet.

The motion sensing bathroom light didn’t stay on for more than 1 minute without literally waving my hand 6 inches in front of it. And there was a fire sprinkler hanging about a foot below the ceiling in my room

Toilet had leak around the base. Ran out of coffee at breakfast, took awhile to refill eggs and sausage. Once we got it, it tasted good.

I didn't like that on booking it shows there is a hot tub but when you get there, there is actually no hot tub.

When i registered online, bookings.com stated there was a$50 deposit for a pet.. And that if the pet did no damage, i would get my deposit back . when i inquired at the desk when i was leaving, i was told the deposit was non-refundable

Brenda at the front desk was the best front desk person i ever encountered at a hotel front desk. she was pleasant, cheerful,willing to answer questions and help us get the perfect room... she was amazing !!

Being told 3 times that someone will check into it . I was told days later that the supervisor checked it on Friday. She was very nice & professional. I ran into her in the hallway .

The room was clean , the refrigerator went out , I had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice. The ice machine didn't work on the floor

Our grandson had to sleep on the floor. We asked for a cot and bedding, and my husband was handed a set of sheets. No pillow and no blanket
