When they told us the code to the pre-breakfast coffee area, they only gave us the numbers, they forgot the # and *. It would have been helpful if they wrote out the the entire set of numbers and symbols we needed to enter to get in.

The ranch seemed so much more organized than previous years we have went. The space is beautiful and its a direct flight for us, so we have gone like 3 or 4 times. While it is hard to imagine having a bad trip in such a beautiful and special place, on our previous visits the staff seemed a little more rigid and made things a little less fun. This time everything seemed to work more smoothly.

Cabins are due for an upgrade in the bathroom.

The views are beautiful. Breakfast was very nice and a nice touch to our day. The tubing down the river was nice and we also enjoyed visiting the lake and taking the desert Belle lake cruise with live music which was close by.

Mattress was very hard and it made it difficult to sleep. When anyone moved, the bed bounced like crazy and everyone was awaken.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities were plentiful and fun. Property is stunning!

Very quaint, old ranch hotel, impeccably clean very close to bigger cities. The rooms were decorated in western decor, comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet every morning was outstanding along with the ranch dinners in the Lodge. All the employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool was great, the views were stunning.

The location by the river was stunning. There is so much to do there - pool, games, swimming, axe throwing, badminton and much more. The breakfast was the best of all the 6 places we stayed in Arizona. The staff were super friendly.

IT would be nice to have a larger fridge and a couple kitchen items like a BBQ so we didn't have to drive into Mesa for dinner each night. There were cowboy BBQ's but they were quite expensive so we didn't participate. Also did the kayak trip on the river and it is not what is advertised so that was a bit disappointing. I realize the river was very low at this time but wished we would have been told what to expect for our trip as I was disappointed.

It is in such a gorgeous location that we loved looking at the mountains, especially the jagged ones! It’s so peaceful for being so close to a large city like Phoenix. We are horse lovers so that was a huge draw for us, too!!! The people were all very friendly as well.

The air conditioner in the cabin was a bit noisy

The staff was great. The view is amazing. The breakfast was very good. We laved the outdoor and indoor games. We enjoyed the cowboy dinner, horseback riding and rafting the ranch offered.

The pool toys and area could use a bit of an update but watching the rabbits while swimming quickly put it out of mind.

You can’t beat the view!!! Breathtaking-especially from the river. We loved the porch, the pool, the breakfast and the wonderful staff. The water adventures are amazing and we will definitely be back for more kayaking and a horseback ride. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves and the nightly bat show was unreal. Fabulous time!

Small inconvenience for coffee addicts. No coffee machine in the room. My husband and I are usually up by 5am and enjoy our morning coffee. We survived on cold can coffee until the delicious hot coffee was available in the dining room around 7:30am right before the fantastic breakfast.

The location was perfect, we were able to enjoy kayaking and tubing on the river within steps from our room. The outdoor yard games and swimming pool gave us plenty of things to do. Our room was comfortable with rustic charm. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome.
