They have made an effort to update some of the interior, but it could still be improved. The bathroom was very dated and dark. The main restaurant lacks atmosphere and is pretty uninspired. And the food is mediocre and overpriced. The cafe had better food and was better value but still, it was $5 for a terrible latte.

Lots to do, bikes, pool, tennis, driving range. The view from the premier room was lovely and room itself was very spacious.

The facilities need some upkeep and food was just okay, but the overall feel and pool were great!

The room needed a little attention to cleanliness and updates. The door hinges were rotting to the back porch. The personal fireplace was lovely but then didn't turn off easily, rattled and was very loud for about five minutes as it tried to cool off. The vent was full of hair, dust and gunk - so we decided not to use the air. The food was expensive and pretty bad - so we decided to buy most of our food elsewhere and bring it back to enjoy on the lawn.

The swimming pool, lawn and access to the beach were essential to making our family trip a success.

The room service was non-existent. We called two nights and had to leave a message but never received a return call. Events and services are not posted or communicated to guests. Seems like there should be something available at check in or on the TV system about what is occurring on the resort grounds that day.

The grounds were immaculate and clean. The staff was there, but not bothersome. The outdoor firepits were a great place to relax and visit with other guests.

I liked the staff. And the dog friendly environment. Our premier room was nice but not worth $535/night. the forest view was instead a mowed weed pit. lots of highway noise. Reevaluated, worth half that amount.

pillows were terrible. would have liked to have some breakfast options at the lodge. the marketplace was good but needs a better selection of drinks etc. no bottled water. most things were either alcohol or contained CBD or both.

very pet friendly, great location, peaceful. private beach was a wonderful quiet and peaceful place to spend time. loved being able to sit and relax on the balcony or by the fire pits. very serene and relaxing.

It was dated, but is still classically beautiful. I think because of lack of staffing, our room wasn’t ready @ 4. we had to wait until after 5 to check in. The next morning I asked for a late check out and the housekeeping didn’t seem to happy about that, but we did get an extra 30 minutes.

Salishan is a beautiful property off the Oregon coast.

We had a room with bay view which made it loud from the main highway traffic when the patio door was left open. The room didnt have air conditioning and found a big fan in the closet. We were told by the staff to put the fan in front of the open door to cool the room down but the traffic noise made it hard to watch tv without blasting the volume and we didnt want to disturb the other guests.

The resort had upgraded our room at no extra cost upon arrival. The location is close to Depot Bay makes a fun day walking through the shops also were you can get black licorice ice cream. If your going for a charter fishing trip being close by is very convent as well. Great resort to stay at will definitely stay again. The quick restaurant has good food we ate breakfast and lunch there. Relaxed by the fire pits was my husbands favorite part its toasty warm.

It got pretty hot in our room which made sleeping kind of rough. Every time I called room service, no one answered and I had to wait for them to call me back. Which would have been fine, but we were trying to make it somewhere by a certain time.

Food was pretty good. The room was very cozy. Pool was nice and warm and we had a great time swimming. The whole feel and ambiance of the place was really cool.

NO in room AIR-CONDITIONING. Its 2022 and this is a 4star resort. All they give you is one Walmart style boxed fan. i get that it’s not very hot at the coast and you can open the door but then you let bugs in your room. so if you go in the summer and you want air circulated in your room all you will have is a boxed fan. our room got to 79 degrees in the night and that’s not comfortable for myself or my family.

we loved the balcony’s and all the beautiful scenery. it felt very private. beautiful location, great food and the service was excellent and everyone was very friendly.

Could have been a lot cleaner. Remote, fixtures, and tissue holder was dirty with smudges. Floor vent was filthy & balcony was covered with spider webs. The shower spout quality was so bad that that it almost broke each time we used it.

Beautiful property & a variety of amenities available. Great location & walking distance to the beach which was less crowded than Lincoln beach. Customer service was wonderful & every employee helped with a smile.
