It was spacious enough for what we needed for the night. The hard, uncomfortable mattress was not a deal breaker; it was just a very loud building and you can hear everything through those walls. Felt like people were getting visitors at all hours of the night.

Bathroom needed freshen up. Walls painted. Tub was old and water on the floor after showering. Towel were VERY ruff and unpleasant to use. No screens on second floor windows. Window was wide open when we arrived. Safety look on door was broken. No elevator. But I guess you get what you paid for.

Walls are so thin, we could hear everything from the next room, and they were drinking and talking until 3 am! We even call reception to make something about it but they never answered the phone. It seems not clean

The room had spiderwebs along the wall near the bed. There was a second door in the room with a deadbolt lock on it. It was uneasy to have a door that we didn’t know if someone could access from the other side. The toilet was very loose, it would wiggle forward during every use. The bed near the AC unit was blocking half of it so the air didn’t circulate at all. The pictures online are absolutely not like the actual rooms. And lastly, there were other guests that started yelling and fighting right outside, it went on for a while, I was too scared to sleep thinking I would need to call the police.

Very close to the freeway. And I did appreciate the fast check in/out.

Extremely unsanitary. Upon arrival the floor was dirty and had crumbs/dirt and dust and a dead fly. There were roaches in the room and bathroom. The bedding and curtains had stains. The towels seemed to have stains as well. The parking was very limited. The housekeeper that came simply tucked in our used bedding and didn’t change it out and just took out the trash and switched out the towels. Overall the room and bathroom were extremely unsanitary and dirty. Would not recommend to anyone.

Quality and conditions of the room, and outdoor premises. The parking situation caused for our vehicle to be boxed in by another guest’s vehicle. Lack of communication prior to check-in. Extra fees for early check-in that weren’t communicated.

Location was central to our destinations. Easy access to the freeways.

Poor location next to busy street. Lots of noisy vehicles revving their engines. No amenities. Dude with a crack pipe next to dumpster. Way overpriced for the property. $225 for small room w/ 1 queen bed? C’mon man!

Clean, soft sheets, good mattress, working A/C, granite tub surround and countertop. Netflix app on TV. Acceptable for 11pm check in and 8am departure but should have cost only $75

The heater was not working, so the entire room was freezing, and the bed had no blankets. A lot of noise from neighboring rooms (not because people were noisy, but because the walls/floors didn't filter the noise). I couldn't rest.
