The pool bar closed at noon and the lobby bar did not open until 2 pm. Weird to have a 2 hour period where you could not buy a drink on property while enjoying the pool.

Claudio was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. Julio was a fabulous bartender. His drinks were excellent 👌!

The hotel room itself is dated. There was a hole in the wall in our room where it looks like a cable wire was running out of. Additionally there were not enough outlets in the room to charge our devices. They should consider a bedside lamp with outlets to place in between the beds. Lastly, the bed itself was also not that comfortable. It satisfied our two night stay.

The location is great. Only 1 block from the beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They provide pool towels and beach towels which was nice. It was raining and they offered us an umbrella to use which I thought was very kind. The lobby smells good and has a nice bar set up.

The rooms were a little small and the amenities were simple.

This hotel was in a great location and very easily accessible to the Convention Centre. Being on the main road made it easy to get around, take ride share and feel safe for being in a central location. I was travelling alone so the room was ok for myself but wouldn't have wanted to share that space, even with my husband.

One small downside was that there wasn’t really anywhere to hang wet swimsuits or towels, which would’ve been helpful, especially being so close to the beach and pool.

Truly loved the location — everything was so close! Restaurants, shopping, the beach, and more were all just a short walk or ride away. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a huge, comfy bed that made it easy to relax. We had a lovely view overlooking the pool, which added a nice touch. Every lamp had a charger outlet for USB ( a nice touch since we forgot the adapter piece for our chargers ) The bartender makes a really phenomenal mango margarita - and the team’s customer service is exceptional. Another plus: there was a Nespresso machine with the mini pods and a fridge for convenience. The bathroom was definitely on the smaller side, but it was clean and functional — overall, totally manageable.

Breakfast was just bad. Only a handful of options and omelettes/scrambled eggs are frozen. Don't eat that.

The location is the best asset of this hotel. The rooms are quite alright and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are not properly insulated so if you run into noisy neighbors it's terrible. We were lucky we didn't suffer from that.

Bar was never open when we stayed, got offered complimentary drinks vouchers but never got to use them.

The room smelled really bad. The hotel is old, and has a mold issue. Indoor air quality is really bad. All my clothes smelled like mold for days after returning back home, had to air out everything, even my cosmetic bag. If you are sensitive and have issues with bad indoor air quality - avoid this hotel.

Location is perfect, next to Lincoln road, 5 mins walk to convention center and beach. Room was nicely redecorated. Breakfast is small in European perspective, however i did appreciate the fruit salad and fresh orange juice. Food was served with paper plates and plastic forks and cups... not sustainable, but this is USA... I liked the little pool area. I appreciated mostly the beach chairs and towels and beachbag, free of charge, This was a nice touch! The little time I had free time, was well spent at the beach :) Friendly staff. Fresh water available at the lobby.

The reception staff was a little abrupt and unfriendly when we first arrived. They did seem very busy and but it was still off putting as our first impression of the hotel. The room we stayed in had a lot of street noise and while it is in a busy location they do advertise the rooms as being soundproofed. When we first booked we received a message asking us to let them know of any special occasions we were celebrating so we responded that this stay was part of our honeymoon. There was no mention of this when we were checking in, not that we expected much but we just found it a little strange that they would specifically ask and then make no note of it.

The location is perfect and close walking distance to Miami Beach and Ocean drive. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The pool area was beautiful and quiet and we made good use of the beach club where we could access free loungers and an umbrella. The bar area at the front reception was also nice and had complimentary water, iced tea and coffee.
