Claudio was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. Julio was a fabulous bartender. His drinks were excellent 👌!

The pool bar closed at noon and the lobby bar did not open until 2 pm. Weird to have a 2 hour period where you could not buy a drink on property while enjoying the pool.

The location is great. Only 1 block from the beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They provide pool towels and beach towels which was nice. It was raining and they offered us an umbrella to use which I thought was very kind. The lobby smells good and has a nice bar set up.

The hotel room itself is dated. There was a hole in the wall in our room where it looks like a cable wire was running out of. Additionally there were not enough outlets in the room to charge our devices. They should consider a bedside lamp with outlets to place in between the beds. Lastly, the bed itself was also not that comfortable. It satisfied our two night stay.

The price is reasonable for the location, the size of the room, and the staff's treatment.

Central location on Collins Avenue near all bars and restaurants in Miami Beach

No parking. Parking lot was far away and paid

This hotel was in a great location and very easily accessible to the Convention Centre. Being on the main road made it easy to get around, take ride share and feel safe for being in a central location. I was travelling alone so the room was ok for myself but wouldn't have wanted to share that space, even with my husband.

The rooms were a little small and the amenities were simple.

The pool was lovely and warm and the room comfortable and close to the Lincoln centre. It is a beautiful art deco building

The plumbing was very noisy. You could hear neighbours flush toilets all night.

Very noisy the walls are paper thin you can even hear people walking in the hallway. Also not clean enough for my liking.

We reported an incident to Florida State Department of Business&Professional Regulations. We saw at our closet was full of stool it was used by housekeepers, we called them for cleaning, when the housekeeper started to clean our toilet we just shocked. Because she was using same rag to dirty toilet and sink. It was really disgusting. And hair gelled receptionist boy was extremely rude and not helpful, also could not understand and speak english well
