Sink in bathroom area elevated on top of counter rendering it too high for comfortable use. Parking can be problem if lot totally filled.

Wonderfully comfortable bed. Good fridge and shower. Bathroom had ample and sufficient bars for safety. Clean with ample plugs and usb ports for computer and phone charging. Good shower, plentiful body cream, shampoo, conditioner and soaps.

Next to the shopping mall, traffic noise around

Clean room, close to the nice beach - some 10-15 min walk, surprisingly quiet at night. Good for a night or two, good value in a very expensive area, long walkable beach

Too pricey, paid over $500 for 3 nights. Fridge didn't get cold at all! All hardwood floors on 1st floor. No carpet, have a baby that is crawling.

Beds had a plastic lining that made noise every time you turned.

Rooms were recently renovated with marble tiles and showers. New refrigerator and microwave. Location next to Costco, Marshalls, Target and other stores.

The room was tiny for the price. The tv was small & didn’t have any options to plug in a streaming stick. Could hear upstairs guests walking, showering, using the restroom, etc.

The parking lot is small it needs numbers to match the number on the doors so no one can park in your spot at any time.

Staff was a little hesitant about accommodating the changes I had made a few days before my arrival. Even after I showed her the email I had received from them.

Construction was going on in the parking lot and it was a little noisy early but overall a nice stay

Room was spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. Grounds were kept clean and had a nice setting area with blooming flowers all around. Loved the different dispensers by the sink and in showers.

The TV remote didn't work. Called for assistance and had great help. I would stay again when in the area.

the duvet cover was leaking the blanket in ALL directions (including the face and both sides) after any inaccurate movement. basically you are covered with raw blanket in some place unavoidably

Quality of the mattress mostly, but ambiance too.

The price was reasonable compared to other hotel prices, but hotels are WAY overpriced for what they are these days. The mattress wasn’t super comfortable and there was nothing special about the accommodations. So whereas paying under $100 is reasonable these days, paying almost $100 for an uncomfortable bed and less than exciting accommodations feels ridiculous. So, yeah.

After providing proof of my dogs certification of being Service Dogs I still gave a deposit to the employee whom checked me in. So when i checked out the next morning with the room being left as it was when I checked in, he kept my deposit anyway telling me my dogs WERE NOT service dogs then proceeded to pull a binder out to show me the law so I pointed out my dogs tags that provided the same info but he refused and kept my $100.00 said it should of been 200 for two dogs . at that point I was in tears and left.

Perhaps the water pressure in shower It was so little. Could be that I love my shower at home with lots of water. No complaints was very happy with place.

I am very happy to say this place was amazing, very clean and staff was on it. I will come here again.

Internet & TV weren't functional. Stayed only one night on a layover so we endured. Rooms are tight. All accommodations in this area are pricey so can't complain about that, except that for this amount of money things should *work*.

Thought is was very expensive for what you got. When checking in the staff was not very friendly, just informed me of what wasn't allowed and that we had to make sure to be checked out on time or we would be charged for the next day. We had checked in late because of unexpected traffic. Also kids were running up and down the breezeway till around midnight and the noise just echoed in the rooms.

Room was very spacious and clean Beds were really comfortable. Pillows were plush and clean. Towels seemed to be new and smelled nice and clean.
