Nothing really but the pier had some trash and there was a roach in a cupboard.

We cooked our own breakfast. We liked the pier and kitchen and location.

I made a reservation for 4 people. I don’t think there should be more than 2-3 people there. It is small with no dining table.

For the price it was fine. The front door has a serious gap in it. There is a hole in the wall that is a pretty good size. I found the smoke detector in a drawer and that was unsettling, many of the sliding door blinds are missing to where others can see in.

The location and the bathroom looks likes it’s been redone and is nice.

I feel lied to cuz on website with the pictures it looked like the pier was our backyard but it was close by at least and it smelled like mold big time and the tv didn't work. Both remotes sucked ass and didn't work to turn on tv but luckily I had my firestick so when I switched the batteries I was able to get one of the remotes to work

The windows were filthy, along with the back patio. The building shows its age. The combination was too long to remember. The pool was never cleaned the entire time we were there. We found three cockroaches, 3 different mornings in the kitchen and bathroom. I had to wear earplugs every night because there is no insulation in the ceiling. I could hear every chair moved, every step, everything that went on up there.

The only complaint I had on my last trip was the darn weather. It was rainy and windy and cold. Everything else about this place and my experience was perfect. Even caught a 24” red fish off of their fishing dock.

I go to corpus once a month to fish the jetties and the surf and this place is literally 5 minutes from both. The price is perfect for my budget as well. When I return to the island this is the location I hope to stay. That was my second trip and I would recommend this place to anyone.

The fly paper hanging from the kitchen ceiling was not a welcome site. The floor is filthy. The dirt is so caked on that the tiles have changed color. There was no water pressure in the shower. Had we put up a camp shower, we would have had better water pressure. There was no hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes. There isn't a light over the sink, so each dish has to be moved into light to make sure they are clean. There is a light out in the bathroom. We had to buy a sheet to cover the sliding glass door so we had privacy. There are several missing blinds on the hanging blinds. The chair is usable, but it is broken. The pool was so dirty that we didn't use it. There wasn't a drain board onto put under the dish rack, so we had to buy one. The ice tub in the freezer was filthy. We had to buy a new one of those, too. The people upstairs don't walk across the room. They stomp across the room. They had to be practicing their Feng Shui they picked up heavy items and then dropped them or scooted them across the floor. They woke us up every day. We felt there needed to be an additional light in the room. The outside light flickers but doesn't emit usable light.

This is a good location, close to the beach, restaurants, cart rental, and ice box. Great air conditioner, and the refrigerator works well. There were ample towels. Fish and boat dock available. Swimming pool and washer and dryer on location by the pool. The bed was fairly comfortable and great wifi.

neighbors all around very inconsiderate. we were not able to sleep with out being scared of someone trying to open both doors. had to rearrange sleeping to feel safe enough to sleep. fishing dock was taking with fishing poles thrown in every angle of dock. pool was full of sand and very dirty not even able to enjoy that. called to complain about neighbors noise and seemed to get worse every night. overall we will not be booking again
