Parking lot is tight

Very Friendly staff. Rooms are clean. This is 1 of the older hotels in Va Beach, but the owners have refurbished it with modern outlets furniture, new floors and fresh paint. They are continuing to work on the hotel. I will stay there again

The parking lot was very small & difficult to maneuver. The room was not very clean. The shower didn’t drain. Doors didn’t shut properly. Toilet didn’t flush properly.

The location of the hotel was convenient to the beach & the room size was good.

Like a lot of oceanfront hotels there is limited parking for larger pickups, especially when they are busy. We made it work and parked near by.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool, although not super big was clean and cool with comfortable loungers.

The toilet was dirty when we got there and wouldn’t flush half the time and the bath tub can hold water to take a bath

My sheet had a stain on it. The bathroom sink was leaking a little mold in the shower tile. Balcony door lock was broken

Everything is old. Bed frames are metal and some are dented and made noises just putting a bag down. The shower rod was coming out of the wall and the hair dryer fell off the wall. Even the soda machine had warm cans

Beds were dirty and stained. Also had hair on them. My son refused to sleep under the sheet. Shower and floors were very dirty. Needed an ottoman or coffee table in the living room. The couch and pull our bed were very hard. The mattresses in the bedroom were as well. Some kind of coffee machine also would have been nice in the rooms.

Location was perfect to the beach maybe a 10-15 min walk. The room is huge and spacious, the kitchen area was amazing with the large fridge. That sold us on the place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Affordable.

They have these metal encased things that border the bottom of the bed that every time someone would turn in their sleep or sit on the bed it made a horrible loud noise. Made for a very rough sleep. Place charged an extra fee of 30 dollars bc we had two vehicles. The parking was Inadequate. My stay was to be a total of 278 dollars and ended up being 349.20. If I would have known that, I would have went with beachfront hotel. Beachfront didn't have all these hidden charges.

The place was wonderful and very clean. Location was perfect.

I love the lake directly behind the hotel the most!! The staff was very friendly. The offered a fishing pole to fish in the lake. The stay was worth what I paid. The bathroom was nicely updated and the floors were newer no carpet with i loved

No parking space for bigger trucks at all terrible parking. Police walking around parking lot at 11 at night. people partying at night till 2am. Definitely don’t recommend kids to stay.

The wifi initially was not working. Had to be moved to a different room to get wifi. The door to the room looked like it had been broken into probably before. Upon first arriving there were people in the parking lot that looked like they were not guests and were having issues.

The balcony overlooking Lake Holly. The ducks in the lake came to our balcony every day. The room has recently been renovated, but the low-flow shower heads must go. Once we were moved to a different room the wifi was great. I was there for work/school and not pleasure to working wifi was a must. I want to thank the staff there for making sure that I had everything that I needed.

The cockroaches were very concerning. Other than that you get what you pay for, wasn’t bad.

Floors were just a little dirty, but pretty much all hotels are the same way. Also, our sliding doors in the back didn’t lock. Despite those two things, it was still a great place to stay.

Nice place for the cost. Everything seemed pretty clean. The view of the lake was pretty. The location was super convenient to go to the beach and walk to shops and restaurants. Staff were nice too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Walls need paint but not bad for the price and being close to the beach. If you are uppity, this location is not for you. Some of the fixtures did not work.

Our room had a kitchenette but didn't not have any pots. Tvs didn't work right.

Short walk to the beach. Room set up was good. Staff was friendly and if you needed anything they brought it right away.
