Parking was okay. It's on-site, but they encourage you not to move if possible which can be challenging if you want to do some exploring of different restaurants. They have about 5 restaurants within half a mile, in either direction, but if you don't want to walk more than half a mile you're going to want to potentially drive, which means moving the car and then struggling to park later. Still a great experience all around.

The location is great, room was clean, property was quiet. They had a very nice pool on-site, a sitting area overlooking the intercoastal waterway, and grills outside. They had towels at the pool for you and they had chairs you could take to the beach. There was a cute coffee shop right next door for Java lovers called Gypsy Soul. Restaurants within walking distance of the motel. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach, which is a massive bonus if you're traveling as a couple or even with children, because you know how much stuff you have to carry when you take a beach day! At check in you will get some really cute coupons for some local restaurants. Definitely take the recommendations from the motel because the coupons they gave us to the restaurants nearby were great. You will definitely want to call the restaurants you have coupons for and make reservations in advance, if needed, because some of them are so popular they fill up quickly. Go eat breakfast at Kenny's Korner. We didn't get a coupon for them, but they did give us a recommendation at the motel to go there for breakfast and they were really good.

The sitting area not very comfortable and it was awkward to watch TV from the furniture placement.

We had a suite on the upper level that overlooked the canal with a large balcony to enjoy the view. The bed was comfortable and the unit was very roomy.

Loved the warm pool! Loved the canal out back and beautiful sunrise view! Room is cute and clean! Staff friendly and very accomadating for our needs! Fun tropical theme with music playing by common areas! I would come back!

Amazing little property! The location was perfect. Access to both the intercoastal and the Gulf within steps. Beautifully decorated and reasonably priced! The staff were amazing and took care of us throughout our stay.

loved everything about it. free chairs and umbrellas. location to beach. great little coffee shop less than a block away, a little convenience shop close by. felt very safe walking with my 15 year old daughter at night. bed was soo comfortable. we will definitely be back !! Diane and Danaya were so friendly. had an egret visit one morning. he actually walked into our room !

Parking was extremely tight. Trucks, vans and jeeps typically over shot their spaces.

The location was superb! Directly across from the beach, the harbor is in the backyard, the pool temp is so lovely for cool evenings, amd the bars and restaurants nearby are AMAZING!!!
