Bathroom door was basically too hard to shut, and the balcony door/screen were too hard and would not shut totally. Both needed oiled/repaired.

The room was very clean and quiet. The complex was centrally located. Property was professionally and immaculately kept.

Parking garage, easy excess to room, size of room and view was a bonus.

The only thing I didn't like was it was somewhat difficult to find our way to the underground parking garage and the elevator leading to our building, which was the Elation building in the village at Baytowne wharf.

I think the room and the entire property was really nice and all of the facilities were nice as well. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was a great price. I would definitely stay here again and I would also recommend it to my friends. I did not interact with anyone that works there so I can't tell you how the staff are but I'm sure that they are professional and courteous.

We didnt have a broom to sweep up with and trying to do laundry was a bit difficult considering we had to download an app and then pay to use the washer and dryer.. wish I had known this.

The room was just what we needed, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was very nice with a decent sized shower/tub. The view was nice and the pool there was even better, my kids loved the pool super kid friendly pool, all in all we had a great time!

Parking at night is scarce in the garage once people get back from their activities. I was always able to find a spot after some searching. You can't actually walk on the balcony, you can open the door and look out but it is not a full balcony.

The room was much larger than I thought it would be. Nice size bathroom. Quiet and relaxing. Quick beach access across the hwy 98.

Number one. I couldn’t hang anything up in the bathroom, there were no hooks. The tub was very deep, and there was absolutely nothing to hold onto as you got in and out of the tub, so you had to be sure to lift your legs up and down completely and not slip as you got in and out. Number two, not one sheet fit the bed. They had two sheets for a bottom sheet, not fitted. And top sheets that did not fit. The washcloths were very thin. I did not like that we had to constantly go from the six floor to the first floor to get any ice. There were no ice machines on each floor. The room in general needed to be updated, and the walls were bare, except for one picture on the wall and a mirror.

I like that I was compensated for a very uncomfortable first night. The area was very pretty, and the grounds were well-maintained. The air conditioning in the room was very efficient. The room was sufficiently clean, however the TV table was very dusty, and the outside balcony area was dirty and needed painting.

Pillows were awful You also got one tiny roll of toilet paper, three wash clothes and six towels for a three day stay. For the money they charges it should have been more. I get it’s not a hotel but who travels with spare toilet paper and wash clothes

Upon arrival, getting to the actual space is a little confusing when moving between the buildings. The towels had holes in them so better products. I think it’s rude to ask paying guest to strip the beds and take out the trash. Room is over priced.
