Our unit in general was ok for a short visit but I would not choose a studio with no balcony again. The cable in our room was impossible to figure out….either that or there just wasn’t enough channels to choose from. The one chair in our room was on its last leg.

The proximity to the beach, pool and tram was awesome! Sandestin is a lovely resort.

No instructions or enough information about things. Not enough towels/rags for entire stay. They said we had to wash them if we ran out. You Have to buy garbage bags, paper towels & toilet paper if you run out. You can only bring water bottles to the pool.

The LONG wait time (over 30 mins for the elevator)...1 was working and we had to wait several rounds before we could fit on it...My husband is disabled and he had to carry huge luggages and bags down from the 7th floor.

The location and view was exceptional no doubt!!! We ended up getting the very same room twice on 2 different trips! WE LOVE #6701

Dirty microwave. The elevator stop working for a couple hour, but was fixed really fast. Just make sure have the information about your room, because they doesn’t have any reception or staff who can provide you the information, only maintenance staff.

Room perfect for small families or couples. Really good price for the location. 5min walking to the beach, really nice view from the room and sunroof, have a grill, ice machine, really nice pool area, laundry room, small basic kitchen.

we had no idea what to do when we arrived. Had no idea about the welcome center. Was not given the gate code so we had to find someone to tell us what to do. The beach was nasty with green slimy seaweed that stunk terribly. Resort did not ever mention that we would have to rent chairs/umbrella every single day for $55 per day. We looked every on the web site for that info specifically.

apartment was clean but had several things that weren’t good. Washer’s knob was off, freezer door wouldn’t close unless you lifted it up, only had a mirror in the bathroom and the sofa bed was very comfortable.

we were on our own. Sandestin said they could not help us because we went through Vacasa to get room. The bathroom shower head was lacking water pressure and bathroom sink did not drain. our flight was canceled and we could not get another flight for three days. so we booked another room. we could not check in until 4 pm we asked the property if they could hold our luggage and they said we were on our own since we booked through Vacasa. Vacasa was able to help us out after many many phone calls.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Springs were sticking thru the mattress. We had to spend $100 on an air mattress so that my daughter and mother would have somewhere to sleep.

Bedding, the reservation stated that there was a King size bed and a queen bed. However, there was a king size bed and a pull out sofa queen bed. This disappointed us. We was looking for a bed, not a pull out sofa bed. Also, you need to use a better quality of tissue in the bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen. It appears as though the cheapest brand (the one dollar for a four pack of tissue and fifty cent roll of paper towels) were provided.

Breakfast was not included. Location was good.
