Noisy vehicles outside hotel doors interfered with my sleeping. I was there for work and I had to sleep during the day.

Updated rooms, new flooring. Great location, friendly staff.

The faucet in the tub/shower needed to be fixed as you couldn’t completely turn it off. Also the air conditioner buttons were illegible/missing. I would recommend either replacing or a map/diagram on using it.

The sink faucet in the room (not the bathroom - that one is fine), it is really close the lip of the sink.... If you are trying to wash your hands or do something other than fill a glass etc., water goes everywhere. Commode is very small and short..... I don't think I've seen one that small since I was in Southeast Asia. Not a bad thing, but I'm a big guy - over 6ft - so it was a long way down to the seat. :-)

No breakfast. A simple place. Clean, wifi worked just fine, parking was adequate. The hotel is close to everything - as are most things in Libby. They have info in the room on using delivery services for the Libby area, a nice bonus.

The doorframe to the bathroom in one room was broken so the door wouldn't shut. The room was partially renovated, which was nice, but there's still room for improvement (the listing photo must be a room that's completed).

The location was great and very quiet. It was very clean. The exterior was very nicely done. It's definitely an old roadside motel that someone is fixing up.

No screens on the little bathroom and sink area windows. No mini blinds for privacy. You can see through all the windows at night with lights on. No staff for check in or out. Shower curtain was stained or dirty.

The listing on booking.com said there was continental breakfast and there was not nor was there coffee in the rooms. There was a white substance all over the curtains and a large ball of hair in the center of the tub.

I felt like the staff was a little under trained and had a hard time checking me in to my room.

Toilet was slow flushing., this usually indicates a problem downstream in the main sewer feeder out. Could really have used not smelling marijuana every time I went out to my vehicle. Great having chairs right outside each room unless the 'neighbors' way to the East in the two-level unit are pot-heads. For all of the newer appointments, the in-wall Heating unit was not, but should be! Room was cold upon arrival with overnight temps expected to be near freezing, fan would run but unit was not producing heat. Upon contacting Motel staff I was given cryptic verbal instructions on 'pushing button' on cord. I WAS finally able to figure this out on my own and luckily had heat for the remainder of my stay but the thermostat dial wouldn't really 'click' off/on for maintaining a comfortable desired temperature.

Good location, room 11 was nicely appointed with newer modern flooring and rustic log beds. Good clean linens. Good shower pressure. Nice having an in-room refrigerator with freezer.

Paid way too much for this small room with no breakfast or amenities through Booking.com. Very small bathroom with no surface area to sit your hygiene items down. No hooks to hang clothes or robes. Little room for luggage and bags.

The room was fine and the price was right. We came down to libby because we couldn't afford Kalispell prices and it was on our route. Amenities were fine,room was clean.
