Rock hard butter at breakfast time! Good idea to remove it, put it in the room fridge, and let it soften a bit before going to breakfast the next day!

The bathroom didn't have a ceiling fan. So when showering the room became uncomfortable. Super hot 🔥 Had to leave the bathroom door open.

The rooms were clean. And the selection of breakfast items was great. But not bottle water for guests.

Very small and extremely crowded breakfast room. Breakfast was ok for American standards, I guess, nothing special however.

Huge apartments with extra living space and two separate bedrooms. Nice and safe parking inside the hotel.

Only real complaint was the mattresses needed to be replaced; saggy. Not enough that it bothered me, but it did bother my niece a little who is heavier than I am.

Room was clean, had a microwave, fridge, and coffe maker. It was roomy, and had plenty of storage space. Maid service was very good, and clean towels every day.

Very outdated. The room decor is awful. The microwave is in front of the TV. We called maintenance to fix the sink drain plug that was stuck

The location is an easy walk to stores and food. The room was clean. Coffee in the room is a plus.

Initially noise levels when we arrived.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The outlook was a bit of a let down as we were surrounded by workers and their trucks who had practically booked the whole place. But hey, they have to stay somewhere too...so we just accepted it. We were initially worried that the other patrons would be too rowdy as our next door neighbours were a bit noisy when we arrived...but it was a quiet night...they were just too tired! 😀

Rooms adjacent to the parking lot so felt kind of low grade. Light came through the crack under the door. Bathroom was mediocre and hotel on main busy thoroughfare.

The bed was comfortable the room was clean. Staff pleasant. Thought it was okay but nothing special.

Guests smoking cannabis in the Carpark and the smell coming into your room . The hotel needs to do something about this considering it’s a no smoking property

Check in went smooth . Comfy clean rooms . Lots of tv channels. Breakfast ok for continental. Pool area good with pool towels . Area around the hotel was good with a good selection of shops and restaurants. A 100% non smoking property you have to go off site to smoke .

The bed was not terribly comfortable. It seemed to be an air mattress, but was quite hard. Furnishings were rather old and in need of some upgrades. The A/C unit was loud, making it difficult to sleep.

Room was well furnished, and they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite, although we really didn't need or use the second bedroom. Room was clean and the shower was fine. The included breakfast was not lavish, with no hot food except toast, but the inclusion of croissants was a nice touch. The central location on State Street put it close to many services, ie grocery stores, a mall, bakeries, etc.

The breakfast could be enhanced. There was noice in the morning due to bad isolation.the room and especially the bathroom looked very old style.

The motel was value for money. Our room was confortable. The pool and the small gym room were a plus. It was located in a safe area.

The rooms are slightly dated, but well-maintained and very clean.

The room and facilities were exceptionally clean. The front desk staff are super efficient and helpful. The breakfast was fine and the breakfast room was super clean and kept well maintained. The pool and hot tub area are smallish but clean. We had a very nice stay and this was our second time. A very good deal, and a great location.

The breakfast was good, I had oatmeal, bagel, banana, and coffee. My husband enjoyed having a nice hot cup of coffee early in the morning. The room was clean and tidy. I originally had concerns that it would be noisy in the evening, but all was quiet by 9:00PM.

No toast cream cheese was stored below hard for elderly person to select same with half and half creamer should have some above near bagels
