We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesGuest bathroom tub faucet wasn’t working upon arrival so all of our guests needed to shower in the other bathroom. Master bathroom toilet also had the chain detached in the toilet so it continuously flushed until my husband fixed it himself. Maintenance fortunately came over within a couple of hours of us arriving once we notified them of the faucet issue, and apparently the faucet had been stripped and needed to be replaced. Didn’t seem like the property was thoroughly cleaned. We found a fake finger nail on the carpet, deflated balloon under the sofa and in closet, empty box of poptarts in the bedroom, in addition to several holes in the wall.

United StatesThe paint job is terrible. Maybe someone did it in the dark? Lots of spaces where the paint is rubbed with red - maybe cleaner is washing the walls but the water is turning red (not uncommon in the Lewes/Rehoboth area). Bring your own towels/wash cloths. There is a service that drops them off, but they are horrible thin and crunchy, as of washed with no fabric softener and line dried. Cleaners need to wipe the outdoor patio cushions for pollen/dust.
The home was very nice. The carpets are super thoughtful (soft for bare feet and babies). The beds, super comfortable, if you like firm. (Gel mattresses, I think). It was just really enjoyable for my family including a 2 year old. I was not expecting much after reading some of the reviews, but I agree with the more recent ones, very very nice. I would have stayed even longer, had I known. The patio IS screened, which is VERY nice! With those things mentioned, I still give it 5 stars. I worked in beach rentals for nearly a decade and had my own beach rental cleaning business for over a decade. These folks have been thoughtful in putting this place together! I would definitely go back!!

United StatesBlood on curtains. Holes in shades. Green fungus or crud on comforter. Absolutely nasty. Dirty floors and vents. Hot water didn’t work in one bathroom. Furniture uncomfortable. Bird fecies throughout the breezeway. Had issues with the lock. Just not a very clean stay. Served it’s purpose I guess.

United StatesProperty was nothing like the photos shown. It was in a very poor condition both inside and outside. It was not decent to be rented or listed to begin with - patches of mismatched paints wall-to-wall, broken toilet and towel racks, air conditioner had to be repaired while we were there. Building had molds and major reconstruction to replace under the vinyl sidings while we stayed there, paper thin walls so we hear everything. Lots of spiders, one even made it into my makeup bag home! Towel had curly black hair! Unprofessional management company that had a no refund policy to lure innocent customers, scam customer and gotcha, ruin your vacation!!
