The room was out of date. The walls and carpet weren't clean . The beds need updating. Sheets were stained. I didn't bother asking to change I always pack my own

The location is great! The hotel and amenities are great! The only thing was when I booked my stay, the room was not the same that was listed. It was outdated, the beds were rough and the carpet was damp. I wish we had gotten a better room!

The furniture wasn't up to date in the rooms and very dusty. I had to clean when I got there. The spa wasn't open the day I prepared for spa services.

All the amenities, Location was perfect to everything. Staff was friendly. Everything we needed attention to they fixed immediately. I would definetly use again. They had a laundry facility on site.

The room was fine but a little outdated and needs a deeper clean. I didn't like that the other building blocked the sun for a long time.

The restaurant and the two bars on site was great. Great beach location. Not crowded. Most of the staff was very friendly. I loved sitting on the balcony.

Well I asked about handicap room and front desk clerk said she would put in order for them to bring raised toilet seat and a shower chair. I never received any was unable to get wheelchair on balcony.

The fact that you can't have any toys in the pool area and it says not beverages, but the staff were yelling at the kids for playing with a ball but left the adults with drinks alone. They are kids and it's a pool let them play!

It was a great stay. Our first time there. We loved the fact we could walk out the door right on to the beach.

I wish there was a TV in the second bedroom. The housekeepers dis not come to the room we had to request that someone come to mop the floors. It dis not look it was done before we checked in. We had to go to the front desk every day and ask for new tiles and washcloths. There was no supervision at the pool there was adults drinking and children unsupervised. I also feel like we were rushed by the Bail man which resulted us to leave a really big bag of personals behind and that included items like pin needles for insulin and other very important medications. There was a broken chair in the living room area and in the master bedroom the closet had chipped drywall. We did report it to the front desk.

The hotel was fully booked, and we can't extent our stay. The Staff was helpful with their services but if they can have a smile on their face that would be great and can shows that they are enjoying their work.

They bought the cart and loaded my luggage and dropped off and also picked up from my room. I like the service. Also Parking was so easy. The Staff let us to use the pool and inside the hotel services even when we checked out at 11. So we stayed till 4:30pm and enjoyed the pool. That was great service. The message center lady was quite helpful too, when her schedule got booked and she gave other spa reference which i liked it.

Due to weather pool and hot tub were overflowing with people. Maybe should have heated the outdoor pool for a few days.

The smell of weed every time we went to our room I also asked the girl at the desk if I could have a replacement key,she didn’t ask a name or see ID she just gave me the key I could have gotten a key to any room or someone could have asked for my room without even a question asked

Check in was supposed to be at 4PM, we got there at 3:30PM and weren’t able to check in until 6PM due to a housekeeping issue after driving 8 hours, that was not what we wanted to hear. The young lady doing the check in was fantastic and helpful, she even gave me a hug
