Only thing My wife and I did not like is when it came time to leave Santa Maria Resorts.

My wife and I loved Everything about the Resort it is second to none. If you are traveling with your family fantastic choices very laid back and definitely safe environment if you are visiting for anniversaries with your spouse Santa Maria Resorts makes you feel very special.

We liked everything about this hotel it was exceptional.The suite we booked was very clean and comfortable and the staff couldn’t do enough for you especially Matilda on reception who advised us on places to eat and see. Can’t wait to visit again highly recommend this hotel.

Don’t have direct access to the beach even though it is so close, parking is not complimentary

The suites were spacious and the best thing is it has 2 bathrooms and one half bath so it was very convenient. Location is just great, on the quite side of Key West

The hotel is an oasis amid the hustle and heat of Key West! We had considered splurging on the Mansion By the Sea a few blocks down but were so grateful we opted for Santa Maria instead because it was so quiet and beautiful and off the beaten track. Service was terrific, we loved the afternoon happy hour at the pool and all the suggestions from lobby staff.

The balcony was small for a family. Only two chairs available.

Accommodation was superb. Beautifully presented and well equipped. Pool area was lovely. Little surprises like icecream and muffins delivered each evening and complimentary wine at happy hour as well as vouchers for a free cocktail at nearby bar and umbrella and loungers at local beach.

Where do I start? This is truly a hidden gem! I have been driving down to the Keys for 25 years and did not know about this place. Along with Pier House, these are my two favorite resorts - one on each end of Key West!

Just would have appreciated a heads up about the flight of stairs inside the hotel room - traveled with a senior citizen and they were a lot. Other than that everything was beautiful & better than expected.

The trees and bushes need cutting back as the balconies no longer have a view of the pool. Lots of guests commented the same thing !!!

The air con machine was really noisy

Loud women in the pool.

Quiet and private accommodations. Beach close by with chairs and towels. Kitchen needs to be some maintained but we were able to cook well.

Family friendly lots of kids

Location was great . Family friendly . Room was big . We had 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only thing think was the smell of humid at the room and they should clean the room little better becouse under the couch was full of old food . We only look under becouse something was falling under . But over all we were happy
