    I liked that pets could stay with us.

    The whole place was dirty and felt unsafe.

    The building was posted as unfit. I was told it was being remodeled for the last three months. They did not honor my reservation.

    The building was posted as unfit. I was told it was being remodeled and they did not honor my reservation. I needed to scramble to find another place to stay. It is also very hard to find and is not visible from the street.

    Nothing! Nobody was present to check is in, office was empty, nobody answered the phone so we could cancel.

    Adding to my previous review booking.com was COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL! At the very least they could’ve given a refund but they gave me $22 credit that won’t even cover a night which is absurd!

    Worst experience of my life I WILL be suing this company as they threw away my belongings and left everyone displaced due to their negligence and not being up to code. DO NOT USE BOOKING NOR MOTEL 6 ever!!!! I will be taking this very public via social media AND news outlets! This company is disgusting and money hungry with NO regards to guests!

    There were no sheets in the room when they rented to us and the non smoking room reeked of cigarettes

    . Lady at the desk was very patient. She deserves an award for service.

    The hallways to the rooms were dark. First room assigned key card would not unlock. Second room deadbolt did not work. Third time the room was acceptable. Age has caught up with the facility. Lady at the desk was very patient. She deserves an award for service.

    The price if everything else Was right.

    Room was dirty when I went to check in so I had to wait a hour and a half to get it.(missed a 4:00 0'clock meeting with a potential client) Elevator was out so I had to take stairs to third floor. If this is the kind of rooms I get from your service I won't be using it again.
