The room was spacious, the beds were super comfy, and we liked the location. We were close to the bike trail.

I rated this property an 8 because the listing was wrong. The listing was made to appear online that a jacuzzi tub would be in our room, after arriving we were told that only double queen rooms have jacuzzi tubs. This was extremely disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we paid so much to reserve that specific room and I was certainly looking forward to relaxing in it after driving five hours. Another thing we didn’t care for was the parking setup. When we arrived we didn’t have access to the parking garage until we checked in, this would’ve been ok had we not have had to park in the small space provided in front of the hotel directly in the middle of oncoming traffic literally held my breath everytime a car would pass by because it’s a one way street and it’s small to begin with. And don’t even get me started on trying to get luggage back and forth to your vehicle because the walk is really steep and the parking garage only has one entry/exit so I’m not sure what you would do if you were to meet a vehicle as it’s very narrow other than that our stay was okay.

The pictures on here aren't accurate. The Junior Suite's bathroom doesn't have a spa tub, and it's very small. I was disappointed when I arrived. The elevator was SKETCHY. It sounded like it was falling apart when you walked in. The parking was horrible. I have a small car and it was so tight coming and going. DO NOT drive a big truck here because the overflow truck parking is also awful.

Being in the city the drawback was that noise from outside revelers could be heard late night, so a high floor is recommended.

I felt the staff may have been a little under their game, probably being in the back office more while waiting for service. No sweat, all good.

Now living in Arizona for a number of years, this was suggested to me by a college friend. We went college together an hour down the road. The entire town was booked due to an event and the timing of my visit. He brought up Morgantown and this place as a suggestion. Less expensive by $100 a night and the surroundings short walking distance restaurants and museums for one night made sense. I was glad I trusted my friend taking his word. The room was spacious, modernized, comfortable and slept well that night.

The price was excessive and the bedframe squeaked on one side. I was told they were new beds, but the frames obviously we’re not.
