Breakfast was meager, but that's always the case with hotels like his. Coffee was good though. Even though the room was very clean, it had a bit of a musty smell to it.

Very comfortable and quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Air condition unit worked, but you can also open the window at night, which is not always a given in other hotels that seal their windows shut. Location was great for an overnight stop heading West to California - close to the freeway.

The room was very warm when we entered and the a/c did not really cool it down to a good sleeping temp until the early morning hours. It was also kinda loud. Also, the wifi was not working so we had no tv or internet. Breakfast options were minimal but again, the place was clean and tidy.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. For the very low price we paid, it was fine.

Breakfast basic but fine. No hot food except waffles and toast. Hotel was quite but close to the freeway. Good mountain scenery. No restaurants close, but Subway within walking distance. Gas station next door.

We have two fur babies and needed a safe place for them to get a little exercise and go potty after many hours in the car. The grassy areas were overgrown and full of stickers. It was in need of a good landscape cleanup. It made it look like it was abandoned or just unkept. This was the outside of the facilities but it was the first thing we saw when we pulled in.

The Scipio Hotel was a good place to stay on our travels. Very inexpensive, pet friendly, clean and a great location. Breakfast was included, which is always a plus +++

If you arrive a little bit later, especially if you're booking on the road, you might need to call ahead to make sure the front desk is staffed. Not a huge deal, just a little bit of a wait and some nervousness waiting for the room key.

This was at a convenient spot about halfway between Salt Lake City and the National Parks in the south of Utah. Beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast the next day was awesome.

If you are driving from Northern California to the front range of Colorado, this is an excellent stop. It's a basic motel, but extermenly clean, and the management is thoughtful about amenities.
