There were like 2 light fixtures not working in room, not enough towels

The water in the shower barely got above room temp. We all ended up taking farely cool showers and would have loved at least 5-10 mins of warm or even hot water. I didn't even turn the cold nob at all, only the hot nob. Also don't say there's a microwave wave if there isn't one.

It was very quiet and no noisy neighbors. Didn't have to worry about anyone being too loud and keeping my family up.

I work at a hotel and I would not lie to deter anyone from staying there but they do need to make some improvements. The heat in the room did not work. The hot water was just warm enough that it didn't freeze us. And unfortunately they need an exterminator to visit with some powerful spray and return regularly on very short intervals until they get the infestation under control. There's other stuff that can be improved but those are the major ones that should be addressed first.

I liked the price.

This place is a total wreck. When I pulled up I thought it was an Abandoned or condemned building (it should be). Doesn't look anything near as nice as the photos online, which must be 15 or 20 years old. Visible urine on uncleaned toilet seat. Cigarette burn holes in the sheets. low water pressure in the shower. This is skid row at $70 night after taxes and fees. and they had the nerve to charge a $50 deposit??

Rooms were not very clean. We had stained towels, pillowcases and sheets. Not enough towels in one room. When I asked for clean not stained towels. Staff said, “No, Thats all you get.”

The Location was okay. The front desk clerk was nice.

Rooms are very outdated, linens had stains, there wasn’t any toilet paper in the room and we had to go to the office to get it, bathtub was dirty and smelled moldy, towels were minimal quality and the bathroom walls had places of peeing mud/drywall. Shower head leaked horribly, shooting jet of water on the ceiling

bed bugs didn’t receive deposit back .. and the door didn’t lock didn’t know until we woke the next morning that we had slept with the door unlocked

Everything. I rented two rooms. When I got into my rooms, they were both hot and had been left with the AC off, while it was over 90 degrees outside. The rooms smelled of urine, and the refrigerator it one still had old food in it. One of the bathrooms had several dead roaches behind the toilet. Neither bathroom was stocked with towels or soap. The key cards to either room did not work. The receptionist had to let me in the room several times, and she kept stating that she would make me another key card but never did. After waiting in the rooms for over 2 hours, the smell still hadn’t dissipated, nor did the smell get any better. At that time, I asked the receptionist and the owner if I could just get a refund for the room. They denied my request stating that they had a no refund policy. I ended up taking a loss and staying somewhere else for the night. It was a terrible experience.

It smelled of smoke BAD, it was very dirty, ashes were left in the sink, the towels were stained, the room was just very filthy.

They were pet friendly, but they did charge a pet fee of $25. I also liked that we did not have any bed bugs.
