Never seen any workers. They took my credit card info and gave me the code to the door. This in itself wouldn't be a bad thing, I just like to get a print out on my charges.

Location was good for our overall destination. Room was decent. Clean. Nothing bad. AC worked fine. Had a mini fridge. Plenty of room. Is a bar and grill next door. Has a lobby that had microwave, coffee, water and vending machine.

We were the only ones at the motel including staff but it was Easter when we checked in. It was like renting a VRBO.

Outside of hotel is a little outdated but definetly seemed like they were in progress of making it better and updating it. It would have been nice to have someone to replace towels and toiletries, and someone to clean the room during our week long stay but they do have extras of everything that is self serve in the lobby, I came to understand that they were understaffed which I understood being a business owner myself, it's difficult to retain or find good help or talent.

The hotel wasn't far from the restaurants, attractions and the lake. The room was comfortable and quiet, newly remodeled room, (room 204) with new beds, furnishings etc. It was nice to see them renovating the property, even as we stayed there, they were landscaping, doing tree removal, working on the pool etc, it seemed as though they just acquired the property, and from what I could tell they are well on there way. Overall, just a great stay.

The only thing i didnt like was there are no coffee pots in rooms. There was coffee in lobby.clean,

The room was spotless. The young lady at front desk was very frienly. Location to beach was perfect.

I really liked the easy check-in. The room was clean and all around comfortable and I felt welcome and 'at home'. It was quiet and convenient. I travel A LOT, and I find this hotel among my top favorites.

Never saw any staff, got a text message from property manager im assuming giving me directions on room entry and lobby entry if needed.

The location was good, room was clean but the price was overly expensive for what the room was. Never saw any staff, found a bug in one bed but wasn't a bed bug, was a flying bug from outside bc of the porch light, several flying bugs around the room . It was good enuff to lay our heads

The rooms were very outdated, beds were uncomfortable, staff was so incredibly rude!!! I have never encountered such rude people. The owner a man, was vulgar and aggressive towards us for just asking a question and threatened to cancel our reservation when we were 20 mins away. Have never experienced such behavior in my entire life from a business that owner. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

No pool.., Burnt smell when b/r fan was on.. hole in ceiling above stool., A.C. was nice, made a low humming noise all night..

The number listed on the lobby door does not work. I couldn't get in touch with anybody to check in for 40 minutes! She was rude as well. The following morning coffee in lobby is listed, but u have to get somebody to let u in. Yay, she started the coffee pot for us but I had to call her to ask for sugar and she was rude about it. Do not recommend at all!!!

The fact that I could find a place to stay after the concert. The room was clean but the carpet inside was very old and the TV was smaller than the mini fridge.

Internet nearly gone. Could not get any TV program to stay on more than a few minutes at a time. Then it would go dark and try to reload again. Laptop would not work.. Pool shut down looked like permanently. We did not get the services we paid for in this stay. I also looked at several other facilities and wished I had gone elsewhere.

Room was clean until water backed up in bathtub and left a sandy mess. Staff was exceptional.
