Unfortunately we go when it's the Adirondack national car show. The price is crazy. Considering we've been staying there for years it's becoming more and more expensive l. We will be checking out other hotels next year.

The steep hill to gain access to road.

Only thing is since the hotels is old the walls are thin and can hear your neighbors, but your most likely spending most of your time outdoors

The rooms are a little outdated and there was some mold around the bath up which I felt should’ve been properly cleaned. Other than that everything was great and I would stay there again.

Rooms are very simple and the staff seems “distracted”. All in all, everything worked out OK, but customer service was not perfect.

The rooms were ok. The bathroom was a little dirty in bedroom. Carpet felt wet or like damp. Other than that it was good

hotel rooms need to be updated and in my opinion lakeside hotels should not have carpeting. no towels at pool. had to bring the room towels or purchase at stand. no showers at pool. there should be fire pits at every sitting area. I was unable to use the two beautiful fire pits on the lake because they were occupied by large families both nights for hours. or consider having time slots so everyone can enjoy them.

location was great. amenities were awesome. lots for the kids/teens to do. Lake access was wonderful. pool was very clean. views were amazing. staff was friendly and prompt to respond to requests.

Walking up the steep hill to get off the property.

There was a large beach area with chairs and umbrellas. A cafe for food, a bathroom near the pool and beach. Beautiful landscape all around.

The room we had was a bit small but nice. The accommodations on the property including beach front, pool, cabanas, music, fire pits, restaurant more than made up for it! Terrific time.

We love the cabanas, the pool, the big beach area, and all the water sports that were available.

The property was clean and well-maintained, but we were surprised to find that towels for the pool were not provided. This detail wasn’t mentioned when we booked online or in the hotel’s pre-arrival communication.

Our second stay here and again it was great!! Place is awesome had everything you would won't at a resort at the lake Very close to town. Has an excellent cafe on sight too. Food is very good the girls that work there can't be friendly enough. House keeping was great too!! The staff works very hard to keep the resort really nice!!

The amenities, the staff, the location.

It was clean, very kid friendly. I felt safe having the kids out and about the facilities late at night, at the playground, fire pit, basketball court, and by the water. There were lights everywhere, and kids and parents around. Staff was very friendly, and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.
