Thin walls. Uncomfortable old mattress. Dirty room. Dog owners don’t pick up dog’s poop. Families in pool at 7am! Families playing catch at 9pm. Zero respect for others! Need posted curfew.

Smoke alarm noise from another room woke me up at 3 a.m. Had to call the desk. Then it went off again and had to call again to stop the noise.

Room was very noisy every night. I could hear neighbors upstairs and to the sides. Walking , moving furniture, and snoring. It was awful 😖 I only got a few hours of sleep each night. Not a restful stay.

Bathroom toilet - you need to sit sideways - too close to door - not enough towels or toilet paper for our 3 nigjt stay - we had to request both twice

at no fault of the hotel or staff there was a party in the room above us, and a crying baby in the room next to us. At 12:00 mid night we called and the staff resolved the party right away.

It would be nice if the hotel reminded their customers to be quiet in the morning because other people are still sleeping. We stayed in rooms 130 and 132 and at 7 am people in the hallway were so very loud! It’s sad that people are not considerate of others.

I would have preferred the breakfast service to be a buffet rather than the menu options provided. We were only allowed to choose one entrée and one beverage per person, which was quite unusual. At the very least, this should have been clearly stated in the reservation details when selecting the breakfast inclusion.

Everything about our stay was excellent, from the location and staff to the room and overall facilities. Incredible value for the price! We checked in around 7 PM and the process was seamless. The room was ready, offered a great view, and room service arrived promptly after we requested it. We had a fantastic night’s rest, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Breakfast the next morning was expensive and only one person on staff. Service was slow and kitchen overcooked the eggs. The replacement eggs were okay but the rest of the food was cold.

I had ordered room service for dinner, and I waited for over an hour. I had to call room service again to be told that there was nobody in the kitchen?. I also was questioning the parking fee I pre-paid for my room. I was not sure if parking was included in the fee. I was dropped off and did not have any Car to park. Can you tell me if the parking fee was included when I pre-paid? Thank you.

I really wish there was the daily cleaning of rooms. We were staying three nights. I had to call to get fresh towels and have the trash taken out.

The rooms were clean and comfy. We had our grandchildren along (3, 5, and 14) and they loved feeding the fish off the bridge by the restaurant. The pool was great for the teen. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when booking.com messed up our reservations.

The base boards in one bathroom were dirty and needed cleaning.

Shout out to staff: Clare front desk, Rere bartender, Hannah bartender and room service, and Natalie waitress. All were excellent at their jobs. Free breakfast was very good. Bar and restaurant were outstanding.

Not much, ppl seemed friendly, we saw other dogs and the partying was kept pretty low key for New Year's Eve and a live band playing. Would have like to maybe spend another night but had personal obligations to get back to in the Bay Area.

I was clean, nice and somewhat secluded being found off of a neighborhood but just off the freeway. We primarily came because of the dog friendly and trying to get away from the fireworks since Santa Cruz County has a not fireworks ordinance.

Carpet in room, no elevator or help to carry luggage and stroller to top floor, wish they allowed dogs in restaurant, dog fee too much ($100) and parking fee shouldn’t be charged

The layout, restaurant on site with live music, pool and jacuzzi but didn’t use it, dog friendly, rooms have balcony or patio, decent price
