Great location. Beautiful pond with koi.

Understaffed (drinks and food took such a long time that tables around us were being comped appetizers, etc etc). Servers were apologetic but helpless. Band playing in bar on Sat was way too loud for the space (as confirmed by the empty room and crowd around the corner where it wasn’t so loud). No staff outside (at one point I counted 12 children under 10 years old in the hot tub). My room had no towels. They were delivered about 20minutes after I called. Lots of dogs, lots of barking in rooms. It was quite a zoo.

Location. Landscaping is excellent. Restaurant on property. Staff is nice.

Thin walls. Uncomfortable old mattress. Dirty room. Dog owners don’t pick up dog’s poop. Families in pool at 7am! Families playing catch at 9pm. Zero respect for others! Need posted curfew.

All the meals at the on-site restaurant were great. The room was clean, modern. I recommend this hotel.

Not much.

We needed to shorten our stay by one day but we were not allowed to do so. We are also longtime Hilton Honors travelers and we were told we’d get zero points for all of the money we spent on multiple rooms because we used booking.com, we will likely not use that reservation method again. Oh, there was some minor room damage upon arrival.

Comfortable, great pool.

Smoke alarm noise from another room woke me up at 3 a.m. Had to call the desk. Then it went off again and had to call again to stop the noise.

I liked the location of the inn and the bed and pillows were great!

We were right by the stairs and entrance. The doors closed very loudly and elephants were apparently booked upstairs. I didn't like that if you needed anything you were supposed to ask the day before? However, when I did request clean towels, I got them quickly, the same day so that was appreciated. Since the inn is "dog friendly", a little dog run area would have been perfect. Also, when we checked in I was basically lectured on the rules of having a dog and that animal control would be called if necessary , like it was already decided there was gonna be problems. Not so friendly.

Good size rooms. Comfortable beds. Pretty gardens.

No pool towels, no water in the gym. Bar area understaffed at a busy time.

Very close to family. Easy to park. Pool was great. Grounds are well kept. I liked the digital entry but it didn't work all the time easily.

The digital entry was sometimes glitchy. It didn't recognize that I was at the Hotel entrance several times. I had to refresh, move away, move back before it would work.

Very beautiful, great location and comfortable. Good restaurant and bar. Short distance to the beach. Love this place!

Restaurant, grounds room was good.

Room was very noisy every night. I could hear neighbors upstairs and to the sides. Walking , moving furniture, and snoring. It was awful 😖 I only got a few hours of sleep each night. Not a restful stay.

Personnel was barely helpful (in general) and not very professional.

This is the closest hotel to a 7 mile beach.
