There seems to be a shortage of electric available. It was hard to find an outlet for our phone charger. a microwave would have been nice too.

It was not expensive and the bed was clean.

The bathroom door didn’t close all the way, leaving a small gap. Normally it wouldn’t be so bad but in such a small space and with 2 guests, it was not ideal. It could also use another additional set of drapes for greater privacy from outside. The place is a little more rustic than some people may want but we mainly just slept there so it was fine.

Cute private outdoor seating area and cute tiny cottage. It had a full size frig! Jay, who runs it, was fantastic. He was quick to respond to requests and a super nice guy.

There was no bedside table or shelf in the shower. the last thing would be that it is located in a very noisy and little bit dangerous area

The cabin was cute, perfect for our need (we just needed a place to sleep). There’s a little TV with access to Netflix. The hosts are very kind.

Parking was tricky. It wasn't clearly labeled, and there was an awkward rock pile in front of our cottage that made parking, ans getting in and out of the car difficult. The bathroom door didn't close all the way

Convenient and quaint. Appreciated the proximity to the beach area as well as Portland, which was our intended destination

Needed more towels, shower floor rug, more toilet paper/tissues. Couch was very uncomfortable. Hard and lumpy.

The place was cute and nice. Needs a new couch, very uncomfortable. Bed was ok, tough for 2 people to fit in. Needs a hand towel and hand soap. I liked the shampoo/conditioner and soap in shower just needed to be refilled. Also should have a shower floor mat so guests dont slip/fall. Should have extra toilet paper as well. Management was very helpful and kind. All in all the place served its purpose. Just needs to be fixed up a bit.

The sofa was lumpy and the bed was hard. Yet I got a great night's sleep, so go figure. I also wasn't crazy about the 5 o'clock check-in time (too late) and 10 o'clock check-out time (too early). It seemed like I just got there and then I had to turn around and leave.

I liked that I got a good night's sleep and there was at least something (Roku channel and YouTube) on the TV. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. The a/c was perfect, chilled the room right down. I also liked that there was a microwave and full-size fridge. My neighboring guests were friendly too.

Pic’s definitely don’t show you what you’re really getting. Not so much dirty as just sloppy work. Paint and joint compound on the floor that could have been cleaned up.

Owner or staff was super nice.

There was no table or counter in the kitchen. There was no dish soap, sink stopper, or cloth to uses so we had to plug up the sink with a paper towel and then wash our dishes with paper towels. The hot and cold water at the kitchen sink were reversed, and the shower nozzle was missing a screw so it was a little tricky to operate. A bath mat would have been great. We had to put paper towels down each time we took a shower so we didn't slip/get the floor wet. There was a curly white hair on my pillow case. The bed was on cinder blocks so it flipped up if we both sat down at the same time in the same place. One of the light fixtures had a bulb missing, and there were visible cobwebs and dust on the pictures, air conditioner, and walls.

We didn't know anything about a breakfast. The solar lights were cozy. There was a dumpster nearby for throwing away our trash. The temperature in our cottage was good. The owner was very nice. The shower, toilet, microwave, and sinks were very clean. Our cottage was at a good location to meet our needs. We would stay here again and we would recommend this to others if they are looking to save some money and be close to Maine attractions.

Cottages seem to be in a state of transition and renovation. Acceptable, but continue to need some TLC. We visited in late September and it was very chilly at night. Had a heater available which we turned on in the middle of the night. There is a large tripping hazard from the kitchen area to the tv room. We nearly tripped on it each time. A more rounded threshold transition would be SO much better.

I had low expectations based on the nightly rate, so I was pleasantly surprised by the size of our little cottage. There was a separate bedroom, kitchen area and tv room. Staff was super friendly and flexible.

Spiders, daddy long legs everywhere, and cob webs. I mistakened one of the cobwebs for a spider and had to call the host to kill it, which he kindly addressed for me and reassured me it was just a cobweb.

The host was very considerate and approachable. He made sure I had everything I needed.

Everything was wrong with this room.. I could have paid extra $40 ,,and got a room at the comfort inn where they give you free breakfast and actually have towels .

We did not stay the night...the bed was dirty , a hole in the wall, no towels, no extra blankets...if you needed anything, you had to walk down to the office...we got there at 1 p.m. and left the same day around 6 p.m. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone..

I really dont have much to say except I do wish it was a bit closer to the ocean but my husband and I didn't mind the walk to the Pier. It was a beautiful weekend so we enjoyed it. Very much!

There is nothing to like. the trash smelled like rotted meat . Good night enjoy the outside amenities that they did offer because it’s a the smell was so grotesque .The staff was rude and inhospitable . There was brown all over the top blanket that appeared to be feces and he refused to give us new bedding. Charged us $25 know per child to stay , which was not in any previous literature.

    Absolutely nothing.
