I would have liked an AC unit or at least a fan in the room. You can crack a window which is all you need but the ocean winds can be loud and the constant Oregon rain doesn't make that ideal. Also the bathroom was kinda grungy, especially the tile grout. I would say though that since your right next to the beach I wouldn't have minded a broom and dustpan in the room. My nephew loved going down to the beach. Me enjoying the sand he tracked into the room not as much.

It was a great location with an excellent oceanfront view. The Seagull is also conveniently next to the beach access. It was a great value for the price.

Floors still had sand and dirt. Couldn’t use the tub as the drain/ plug feature wasn’t working. Pats of the tub were pulling up and areas had stains.

It is an older properly but they have been fixing stuff up slowly over the years that we’ve been going there. Hot water can run out on busy weekends.

Great location! Staff is always very nice and the lady who works on the weekend Phillis, not sure how to spell it, is super friendly & helpful. We stay here several times a year. It feels like our home away from home.

The door didn’t shut unless you pushed really hard. The barn style door on the bathroom looked nice but not practical for privacy. The hardwood floors were practical for the beach but sand was tracked in and had to get a broom from the office to clean it up. There was no place to smoke except in the parking lot out in elements, a covered spot or even out on the deck to smoke would have been nice.

There was no breakfast, the view was amazing!

Had to ask for a heater, there is no thermostat in the room. Room lights are "OK".

They have done a lot of work upgrading and improving the rooms.

The bed mattress wasn't very comfortable. One side of the mattress has worn out springs and should probably be replaced soon. The only other thing I wasn't a fan of was the shower. The showerhead was very low so I had to duck and hunch over. The water pressure was also not very good, and slowed to a trickle if others in the hotel were also showering. These issues didn't stop me from having a nice relaxing getaway though!

The room was large and had a big fridge. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing. The easy beach access was a very nice perk. The staff was also very friendly!

Needs a deep cleaning mainly in the bathroom.

The view was beautiful! There is a huge window and we could just look out that window all day and watch the beach and the sunset was amazing . You also can drive down to the beach with your car right next to the motel. It's a good location to stores , outlet etc. the beds are firm but not too bad . The bathroom needs a deep cleaning for sure , plenty of hot water . Very little counter space . No hair dryer. The only problem I have is it needs a deep cleaning but I would come back to stay again .

hot water could be hotter and run longer....little minor details in the maintenance of things would bother some but not us really. like cracks or painted over projects etc....no big deal really.

the beds were comfy, and being beachfront was wonderful...the lady running the front desk the night we checked in was kind and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Paid a 30 dollar pet fee... yet there was dog hair all over. Human and dog hair all over the bathroom floor. Saw/found garbage (a bag of chips and used tissue) under one of the beds.

Not a fan of pillow top mattresses. No hair dryer. Some pink mold on baseboard in the bathroom (not unexpected in coastal climate.)

No screens on windows on 3rd floor, which could be a danger for small children. The shower made a loud noise and the main heater for the room did not work. Towels are lower quality than normal.

View is spectacular; Kitchenette is well-stocked and a plus! I feel that the price was reasonable for what you get, especially for the location and the view.
