Great location and great beach view

The King and Twin mattresses where very bad, really to soft and unconformable.

I don’t I don’t know if I got accommodation has a hurt my knee and I said nothing but the second floor view in building four was awesome. Vacates information stated that building a 4&5 had side views and that Bldg 3 was a direct view. However though a pool view was in between the ocean view The proximity and view were great! Yes, the cooking ware was great, and having a washing machine and dryer that’s great! As I had a heart in my lungs, I found that the bathroom was not, dating to my injury. But I was able to sit on the side of the tile with the small bar that was there and shower so it wasn’t as bad. FYI Tacones need more bath. This is a one bathroom unit not a one and 1/2. Great experience. Looking forward to another one. Thank you!

I like most everything. The one thing that could be better, the bed way outdated. Just putting soft mattress cover on isn't helping

The unit we stayed at needs updated. The blinds on the door to go out to the balcony was missing some slates so everyone could see into our unit at night didn’t like that.

The towels were horrendous and like sandpaper, they had construction going on the floor above us that began about 7:00am each day

The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable and the sofa bed was broken when we tried to use it.

Having the door code was perfect. No need to have to check in at a desk and other family members arrived earlier than us so it was easy for them to get in without having to wait for us to get there. The view from the condo of the beach was great and loved sitting out on the balcony. Never ran out of hot water in the shower and having the washer and dryer was a plus as well. Having easy access to the beach was one of the reasons we chose the property and it made it so much easier since we had a large group. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would stay at the property again.

It could be cleaner… the cigarette thing on porch was nasty… the toaster is broke and a lot of outlets wouldn’t work

Elevators were a little slow to come to you. The boardwalk to the beach needed some repairs and got very hot if you didn’t have shoes on. The area to shower off after being in the sand was slick when wet so my kids both fell at least once on it.

Proximity to the beach was nice. Our room had a wonderful view!

It was not that clean. The fan and wall had a lot of dust in the bedroom the outside walk way needs some cleaning . There must be a leak in the room above, because the ceiling was brown above the tub. The bathroom faucets leaked. The living room furniture needs some updating. The ice maker didn't work.

The refrigerator constantly is rattling and makes noise non stop. Needed multi purpose spray for a spill and there was no cleaning supplies and not enough garbage bags so we needed to buy some.

The view is fantastic, love the sliding doors open all the way. Beds were very comfortable and shower pressure was great! Loved it was close to the elevator and an end unit. Love the beach cottage feel. Not super fancy and we prefer that.

Elevator for Bldg 4 was out of order the entire time we were there. Our oven did not function the entire time - maintenance finally came on day 2 but a part that was required for the repair had to be ordered and was not going to be available until AFTER we left. The oven not functioning caused a huge inconvenience and expense for us as I had bought food that required oven prep that was ultimately wasted and required us to purchase alternate food (and restaurant meals) that we did not plan for. Overall cost was over $300 in extra expense due to the oven being non-functional.

Location was good - easy access to restaurants, beach shopping, grocery, Starubucks, etc. 7th floor corner room had excellent view. Easy access to beach.

Booking showed pictures of much nicer Unit than actual unit we were placed in Unit 3802. Unit 3802 is run down and needs upgrading - very thin sheet like bedspreads. I would stay at Seaside again but not in this unit .

That after paying so much for the condo. We had to pay $50 for parking. I would understand that if we had extra vehicles but not for the one car.
