The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom for our room was a bit small, having the sink outside the bathroom. I would've tried out the pool if it wasn't in the center and on display as soon as anyone came out of their room

The staff was nice, check in and out was easy and everything was ready for us a little early, and it is a very short walk from the beach. It seemed pretty clean. The power went out for a few minutes the one night due to storms, but they had it back on fairly quickly

This was a 3-story motel-like facility with no elevator. Fortunately, I was accommodated with a ground floor room. The pool was adequate but one ladder was missing a rung.

The property and room were well-kept and clean. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. No coffee pot, but coffee in the office was plentiful. There was adequate free parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a guarded beach in a block and a half (the half being going between the ocean front houses). Many restaurants, shops, and mini golf courses nearby. Fenwick Island State Park was a short distance away and Ocean City was 10 miles.

The only downfall the walls seem kinda thin. We could hear the people in the rooms next to us talking.

The location of this hotel was amazing. It’s close to the beach and there are a couple restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Close to beach, if you get there before check in, you can leave your car in the parking lot and go to the beach, staff was great, very friendly. Clean, very clean.

Other then the musty smell, I like this hotel and would come back.

It is well positioned for walking to stores and restaurants. It's on the ocean block and easy to get onto the beach because there are beach Matt's that make getting over the dunes easier. The room was a good size, was clean and well kept. As many beach places, it did have a musty smell. It's hard to keep the humidity down at a beach property. They have a nice small pool and plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel's location is perfect with a short walk to beach. The rooms are clean and parking is readily available. The room decor is outdated . The hotel has a small pool which i did not use but families did use. Good value for a short beach stay.

The only downside was that there was no elevator, which made it a bit difficult with luggage.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location is perfect , with easy access to the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the water with a short walk to the beach and other attractions.

This is an older property, well renovated. King room was comfortably large. Good desk area, Comfortable chairs, plenty of outlets for charging devices. Cold refrigerator. Housekeeping was excellent.

Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was the water from the bathroom sink was scolding hot, if you wanted cold or warm water, you would just get it from the bathtub 😂- I suppose that it is a better problem than having only cold water!

Excellent location to the beach. I reserved queen room deluxe and the extra space/ furniture was well worth the extra money. It was clean and staff very friendly. Coffee was free and delicious!
