Furniture is outdated and some of it is rundown in the living room space. Our room smelled really strong like cleaning solution. We paid what seemed like a lot for a hostel and it doesn’t appear like any of the money is being put back into the business for fixing things up like the sliding door or the furniture.

Poor haphazard appearance from roadside. Whoever painted the rooms was either stoned, didn’t care or doesn’t know better as evidenced by door trim. The door to room 6 needs weather stripping so you don’t see sunlight when closed. There was rot on the outside lower window of one rooms. Evidence of mold in lower right hand exterior corner of shower install. The caulking and mold need to be removed and very neatly re-caulked.

I wasn't told the code to the door (despite asking). Instead of telling me the code they told me to just use the side door to get in. Later that one also locked so I was briefly locked out.

I stayed one night in the dorm and it was soooo nice and private. i also stayed a night in the privat room and really liked it.

The listing on booking.com for the Double Room said the room included a queen size bed, but our room (Room 9) instead had a full size bed. The shower in Room 9 wasn’t draining properly so water pooled after only a few minutes. A few amenities you’d expect with a private bathroom weren’t available (liquid hand soap, shampoo, a blow dryer). Our neighbors also were watching Netflix at 4 am and the noise kept us up through the thin walls.

The price for the location can’t be beat, and rooms included a private bathroom. The staff was also very accommodating in allowing a late self check-in which we much appreciated.

There was a really big spider in the room and we saw some cobwebs around the corners of the wall. We managed to kill it. The area under the bed was a bit dusty. The bedding feels like there’s sand on the sheets.

Parking is right next to the room. The staff was very friendly and accommodated us when we arrived later than the checkin window. They also called to check in on us when we were getting close to their closing time. I love the cozy communal entertainment room with the piano, fireplace, games and couches.

Such a cute place to stay!! Our kids loved it, super cozy. I did not know what exactly this place was until I checked my booking and I was nervous at first but let me tell you, I am SO glad we stayed here!! Absolutely love it, there is no Ac but even in middle of August it really wasn’t bad, opened windows and left door open at night right until bedtime and left the fan on and it was perfect. Very clean as well.

I have no real complaints as the stay was great. But the big bed in our room couldve been a lil softer (too hard for my back) an I think we were a little to far from the wifi box so we didnt get a great single but that's not a real issue as we were there for family fun an not our electronics.

The location is perfect, prices is great, the view of the river in the back yard with the deck to sit an relax is amazing. Staff is very friendly as well as all the guests staying.

Needs update! Paint, some deep cleaning, new towels, wash clothes too! Bedding was good!!!

No breakfast! But you could store your own food in fridge & baskets, to far from town Activities, But would stay again , if we Couldn’t get Closer to beach!!

There was vomit on the door to the bathroom. Once I noticed that, I couldn't stop seeing all the little gross things that definitely need to be cleaned better. Like wiping down the walls in the bathroom, the shower curtain, etc.

The linens seemed clean and the room was tidy. Easy access to walk around the river. Easy for me to take my kids in and out.

The room smells bad, no privacy, no blinds on the windows or blinds cant close or go down. Floor was sticky and dirty. Linens smells bad, no toilet papers. Too crowded. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family. Our stay was very uncomfortable but the staff was nice.

We were put in a room and then while we were out the next day staff went in and moved all our stuff to a new room because apparently they put us in the wrong room. They wrapped our tooth brushes in toilet paper and opened our bags to put stuff in them that we had out. It was not a good feeling. We were told we would receive a 50 percent refund for our trouble. We never received this refund and I called to check but got no help/answers
