Great location. Views right over the beach from our room. Close to some good coffee places within walking distance. Quiet at night away from the hustle of downtown. Nice bed very comfy, TV etc good wifi. Plenty of space in room. Good balcony with superb view.

Old fashioned refurb apartments? Not very well refurbished. A bit cold and old and not great attention to detail. Could do with better bathroom wash stuff, that old throw away soap bar is really not good, and the body wash is really low grade. The shower takes forever to warm up but it does get there but the bathroom felt old and tired as did the superfluous changing room/ wardrobe area. . better/more coffee/snacks and possibly a small hob to cook something on? Although there is a microwave. There was a random frying pan in the multitude of empty kitchen cabinets but we couldn’t work out why. It really wasn’t cheap at £350/$435 a night for the suite so I was expecting a little more bang for my buck. Overall, although there were some cute furnishings, the place gave us a shabby chic vibe which was more shabby than chic.

The ocean sound, the room, the stuff

Location was convenient. The view point is amazing from behind the hotel. You have to walk out.

Got locked out of the room at 12:30 am. The reception closed at 10 pm and all the four listed “emergency” numbers went answered. Never going to stay here and never going to recommend anyone. Booking.com team was also terrible at helping me out.

Great location, great price! Will stay there again.

The location is great. Parking is always available. The breakfast is adequate and the rooms are cute and clean though small. The staff is wonderful.

Our third stay here and this time wasn’t as great as the first two. Our first night there was road construction on PCH right outside the hotel. No one slept that night. No apologies or offer of any compensation from the management. Several people were out on the balconies at 1:00 AM for hours watching the road work in disbelief. The hotel also seems to have one room reserved for booking.com. It’s our second time to stay in it. The first time we were only there three days, it was a last minute booking , we had a dog us and it was ok. But for six nights this time it wasn’t,It’s small and dark and the storage is not adequate for two people with only carry on luggage. Also, noisy this time from people partying and couples fighting and smelly from their weed smoke coming in. There’s no one at the desk after 10:00 so no way to get relief from this. 4 out of 6 nights were sleepless. We travel to Laguna twice a year to see our kids and we’re sure we’d found our place but maybe not.

Cute hotel. city of laguna beach decided to do heavy construction in front of hotel at 2am. By 3am after calling police w no result I checked out and drove home. Too bad. I was hoping to do holiday shopping. Your loss laguna.

Good location and the outside was very cute! The beach was right behind the hotel, super cute for sunsets and late night walks

Cozy, cute little inn a half block away from a beautiful beach. Great value for a a great location in Laguna. Woke up hearing the waves crashing which was lovely. Staff was super friendly, and such a plus that they are also dog friendly! Bed was a large King in the Junior Suite room, and comfortable. Cozy inn feel. Easy free parking.

It’s right off the main road, so you will be able to hear some noise. The views were ok from the junior suite, but nothing great. Shower pressure was also not great. They could stock the junior suite with silverware as well.

Dirty; hair in the bathroom floor; misleading: the “view” was of a roof and an inkling of the sea, the bed was atrocious (old, bent, overused), the towels old and used, the soap is a joke, and it is seriously OVERPRICED. 600 dollars for NOTHING to show. Not even a view of the ocean. Funky smell, lights out slide made it hard to sleep. It is one of the three worst hotels I have ever stayed it in my entire life. I regret having paid. It makes me want to never use Booking again.

Oh man! What is not to like. Location location location. Stayed in the Queen ocean view room. It was beautiful!! Sunset from the balcony. Walk to coffee and bakery the next morning. A beautiful beach was sooooo close. Can’t wait to go back!!

We were celebrating and did the package offered - it was a special addition - We walked all around Laguna and thoroughly enjoyed it - Some suggestions - you could get some real blankets and a continental breakfast would be a nice addition

It has a lot of street noise. I put “whitesound” on my phone to block out the noise. The room was quite dated - needs a rehab.

Very clean and cozy. Steps away from the nearest neighborhood beach.

Seaside Laguna in and suites is in an excellent location. There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance. The beach and the free local trolley bus are also less than a 5 minute walk away. The staff is very warm, friendly and helpful, and complete the family-run hotel vibe. We would stay again!

The view was a bit disappointing. I should have paid more attention to the description that describes it as a "small view of the ocean." The view is partially obstructed by houses located behind the hotel, so you see the ocean between the houses.
