The pool could’ve been bigger. That seemed to bring a lot of people. Most of them were older but we didn’t mind that. I also didn’t find beach access to relax and swim in the ocean.

The property was very clean and comfortable. I loved the vibe. Loved kayaking across the street and the restaurants.

The food at the sandbags took very long to come out and there wasn't alot of people dining. And pool should be open later.

Charging a resort fee is pretty uncool. We really liked the property, but the resort fee just seems like a needless money grab. While this is certainly nothing to do with the property, don't go to the Wendy's across the street for breakfast! Lol

Great stay, great vibe at the bar and the stage. The property has a really cool hospitality/party suite that overlooks the stage. If you have a group of friends definitely ask about booking it!

Everything, the location was perfect, room clean and tidy overlooking the pool area , Restaurants and Bars (although a little worn) were ideally a short walk away from the hotel complex right on the seashore .. Every member of staff from the welcoming receptionist to the servers in all areas were very friendly and accommodating, food for brunch and breakfast was of good value and tasty … we will return soon ..

no toilet paper was in my room! and hospitality sucks at the middle bar! took 10-15 minutes our first night to get a server then she didn't tell us they ran out of snapper until all the other food came out and i had to remind her to go check on the item we replaced the snapper with, then the next morning the bartender at the same bar as the pervious night completely ignored me.... i told him what i wanted he told me hold on and kept doing side work to open the bar up when it should have been opened another server told us they opened at 11am and it was passed that! i went to the restaurant bar inside and got my drink and togo food in the same amount of time i was ignored at the middle bar! all i wanted was a bloody mary and flat bread he should of stopped, got my order, and then continued his work! i've been a server 15 years i would of never told someone "hold on!" other than that i love the hotel and actually booked a poolside room in October! they just need servers with personality that actually like to serve!

Shower curtain not good and therefore lots of water on bath room floor. Room seemed a bit damp. Coffee machine had no Coffee beans in it and wasn't working the next day. Young lady who checked me in should learn how to greet guests, and a smile would be a good start.

Good location, nice Tiki Bar and board walk. Sebastian is a lovely small town.
