Everything was too minimal-except for the highway noise that kept me awake

There was NO breakfast. Ice machine didn’t work. 2 little FLAT pillows on bed, NO blanket. Noise from Broadway street ,Hwy 50 LOUD all night long- no sound barriers at all evidently. No tissues, so I unwrapped the extra toilet paper roll - (allergies had kicked in). Tried to watch tv, the channel kept blinking off & on. Also the toilet ran/dripped everytime you flushed it. The only good thing I can say is that my dog was allowed & they didn’t charge me an extra fee for him. It was cheap price, had to wait to check in, & ring the bell about 5 times before someone came to desk. You get what you pay for, no bonus for being affordable…

There were roaches!!!! I saw 5. The floor was so dirty it made my socks dirty. The towels were not absorbent.

The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. There was hot water and keys worked well.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here that there’s been roaches, the first time was in September. I honestly can’t say we’ll stay again unless the roach issue is resolved.

We’ve stayed at this motel multiple times over the last couple years, it’s easily accessible, relatively clean, staff is friendly, beds are usually fairly comfortable.

There were people laying out in the halls, the towels were stained bad, there is no comforter or blanket it's just a sheet on a sheet and on the bottom floor there are a large group of men that are there every year when I stay there that stay in the same room and hang around in the halls and outside the doors that appear to be selling drugs out of there. At one point about 30 or more of our annual group rented from you, now were down to about 10. This was my last year. Very disapointed

You get what you paid for. But the towels and blankets were terrible. I asked for another blanket because the one provided was sheet thin. The blanket I was about to be given in addition was the same thin blanket. What do you give out for the winter? Probably won’t stay here again.

The beds were hard. I had to wait over 10 minutes for the attendant to check me in. Rang bell 3 times. Room smelled like Marijuana. Ice machine out of order. I booked 2 queen beds and they were not queen they were barely twin beds.

They didn't give me my deposit back even though we didn't smoke in the room. Never left the room except once. Cleaned off the beds clean up the bathroom and counters. Wrote them asking about Mt deposit and kept trying to call and they never answer the phones.

Rooms were not close together as requested. I reserved two rooms with king beds and we were put in queen beds. My husband is 6’7’’ and 300 pds it was not good. The ice machine did not work

Multiple things. Room needed a deep clean. Looked like the door knobs hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, mirror in the room was dirty. We had a nasty spot on the sheet that looked like poop. Stains on ceiling above bed that could definitely be cleaned up. Bulge in ceiling above toilet, looks like water could be sitting in it. Need better blanket on the bed, it was like a shower curtain. Didn't have any extra pillows.

Staff was nice. Especially the man at the front desk both nights whenever we needed something pretty late. Check in and out was easy. Felt safe staying there.

There was no hair dryers in the room and just bar soap, no shampoo. When I went to check out I rang the buzzer 3 times and waited over 5minutes and still no one would come to front desk to wait on me, therefore I got no receipt. Air conditioner was very loud.

No breakfast. Not an atmosphere of hanging out in a comfortable communal space.

Cleanliness was very important to me - it was clean. Enjoyed that it was located close to those I was visiting. It was also close to restaurants. Being on the edge of town, near a stop light, I was able to get around on the busy highway without much difficulty.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable. Still had plastic on the mattresses so it was loud with any small movement and sheets wouldn’t stay on. Between the uncomfortable beds and the loud air conditioner kicking on and off we didn’t sleep well.
