The location was fantastic with stunning views of cathedral rock. The accommodations were clean and very private. Sheri was an exceptional hostess.

Bottom floor. There is a unit above us which can be a little distracting if noise bothers you. Sliding door constantly opening and closing is annoying. People there were walking around at 4:30 am waking up my wife. This could just be an anomaly in how many people are up at 4:30. Bottom line the House construction doesn’t have very good insulation between floors. But other than that this is great location.

Wonderful stay in Sedona! Great communication with Sheri before and during our trip. She greeted us upon our arrival and checked in to see if we needed anything. All of the basics were provided, very clean apartment, comfortable bed. I highly recommend!

I enjoyed the privacy of the location. It is a 30 minute drive to the main part of Sedona but everything you need is only 5 minutes away in Oak Creek.

The location of the property was perfect! Beautiful views of Cathedral rock and surrounding landscape. Sheri, our host, met us at the door and was very friendly. She provided us with suggestions of where to eat and nearby attractions. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped. Definitely recommending this place to our family and friends.

I can't think of any negative aspect of this place. The owner, Sheri, was very cordial and helpful and everything we needed to know was contained in a binder for our reference.

My wife and I were quite pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment, its size, and of course it's fabulous views out the oversized bay window. The apartment was well appointed with comfortable furniture and a king-sized bed. It was a very relaxing visit there for the both of us as we enjoyed the quiet and the views. It was close enough to Sedona to drive and many opportunities to hike in the surrounding area as well as enjoy visiting the numerous red rock formations.

My only quibble is that the WiFi was a little spotty, and we seemed to be in a bit of a dead zone for our cell phones (two different carriers). But that's not what you are going for anyway...

Location was fantastic. Beautiful views, with big windows to enjoy it. The area is very quiet, and no light pollution at night, so amazing night sky views. It is far enough outside of the main area of Sedona to avoid most of the traffic, but close enough to visit in a few minutes. Close to a couple of great trailheads that had significantly less crowds than the ones off Hwy 89. The apartment was the perfect size for two with full kitchen (no Keurig so don't bring pods, old style coffee maker with ground coffee provided) decorated on the inside with beautiful art painted by the owner.

Property is not suitable for people who need 2 rooms.

Perfect for 1-2 people. Very well prepared. A great way to enjoy the area without getting involved with the ‘tourist mess’ of Sedona itself. The view from the intimate terrasse is worth the price.
