The location was perfect for us - right next to the Thunder Mountain trail heads and in a quiet residential area. Sandra and Alan were the perfect hosts - even allowed us to sit out on their garden terrace to watch the local wildlife in the evening. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Beautiful views, quiet, peaceful, dark skies, conveniently located to hiking, shopping and other activities. Wonderful friendly, helpful hosts! The home has two rentals, one unit has its own entry. The second is shared entry with the owners. Sometimes we crossed each other’s paths with greetings or a friendly conversation. For us, we love meeting new people when traveling, so this arrangement suited us just fine. Thank you Sandra and Allen for welcoming us into your home! Namaste!

Perfect location. At the beginning of multiple trailheads! You don’t need to drive to experience the beauty of Sedona wilderness. Everything else is very short drive away! The views from the property are breathtaking.

Very cozy, inviting and comfortable! Home away from home! Very quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect place for me, traveling alone and needing rest. Sandra and Alen are wonderful hosts. They made my stay even more enjoyable.

No TV in the bedroom to unwind after a full day of hiking but it gave us the chance to catch more sleep!

The location of the property is exceptional! Just a few steps away from the trails leading to the Thunder Mountain and. Chimney Rock which can be viewed from the backyard deck. Food and groceries are just minutes away and other beautiful trails are also nearby. The hosts were wonderful and communicated clearly via messages. They were very attentive and kept the house very clean.

A room with a view in a beautiful home nestled at the base of thunder mountain. Close to everything in Sedona that I wanted to do . Sandra and Allen were perfect hosts. Very helpful but never hoovering.

Only thing that could have been better was the one night we couldn't get the AC working. The hosts resolved the issue the next morning, so it was only a minor inconvenience.

Location couldn't be beat! Hostess was very sweet and a super helpful great resource about everything available locally.

Out of the main hub, under the rocks, it was delightfully located. I could see the stars at night. Hosts were utterly delightful and very welcoming. I’d return again in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful time staying at Sedona Homestay! The hosts are the kindest persons I'v met, they gave me so many tips and insights about Sedona. The location, next to Thunder Mountain was amazing. I loved the quiet morning and evening times on the porch, looking at the red rocks. The room was big enough for 2 people, the bed was comfortable and there was a well equipped kitchen and bathroom next to the room. I highly recommend staying at Sedona Homestay!

It was so wonderful and we definitely enjoyed all the places you recommended. Loved that hiking was right out our front door. We enjoyed hiking Chimney Rock, Lower Chimney Rock, & Thunder Mountain Trail one day and then Teacup, Sugarloaf Summit, Sugarloaf Loop, and Thunder Mountain the next day!! So, so beautiful!!! We also loved our night out at Vino Di Sedona (that you suggested) we enjoyed the great food & live music!! Thanks again for opening up your home to us!!!❤️👍🏻😊

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. I really felt like I was a guest in their home yet had ample privacy -- private bathroom, kitchenette area and shared living room. Perfect location and only a few steps to the trails.

This was our first homestay so it felt a bit like being in someone's home which is why we opted for the suite rather than the original room.

Beautiful location, this was a homestay and the owner was very pleasant, a separate entry "suite" became available and we transferred to that space at the last moment with great results.

The location is the best if you want to explore nature and the exciting trails Sedona offers! Sandra was always willing to help during our stay but all was prepared for our arrival! We had a wonderful stay and will definetly recommend her place to anyone visiting Sedona!

The hostess was very welcoming and informative. Good locale for hiking nearby and the main highway 89A. So accessible to restaurants and other retail.
