It wasn’t communicated at check in that the hot tub wasn’t working. Got dressed to go sit in the hot tub and made the trek down there, only to find out it was closed for repairs.

Wish that the gift shop was open on Mondays and Tuesdays so we could buy gifts, get a snack. Restaurant was clearly understaffed. Employees were kind, just trying to keep up. Couldn't get a table so sat at the bar to eat. We miss the pool table and ping pong table.

The pool and spa area were great. love the paths along the water and saw lots of seals and wildlife. Room was comfy

The building is not well maintained. It appears to be deteriorating and needs a paint job. Some definite remodeling is needed. The rooms are older looking as well. A nice face lift might attract more clients. It's in such a great location which is why we keep going back, but wish they would invest some money in the place to make it more attractive.

We love Packers. The view is great. We've been many times without staying in the hotel. It's our go-to whenever we're visiting the area. Food is good. On our most recent visit, we stayed at the hotel. Our suite was nice and we had a great view. We enjoy seeing Canada right across the water.

Rooms were rundown. Dirty windows, broken window screens. No complementary water bottles in the rooms. If you want water, you have to purchase water in the store in the lobby.

1. The hot tub is weak and was full of kids. Even though signs said no kids under 6, it was full of young children. Sand all over the bottom of the hot tub. Not very relaxing. 2. The steam room in the women’s locker room needs a lot of attention. Rust and tiles falling down. 3. There is only 1 restaurant-Packers, and while it was delicious, it was severely understaffed and clearly unprepared for the long holiday weekend. Both nights were 45min waits or longer. On Sunday night, we couldn’t even place a ToGo order because they closed it down. We went to bed hungry.

Beautiful location. Comfortable rooms. Lovely front office staff. We had massages and they were great. Only 30 minutes from Bellingham.

Had a delicious breakfast with a stunning sea view. Such a variety or birds to see. Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and beautiful.

The location is good, right on the ocean, however the property is really "dated" now......room furniture is "old", but the bed was comfortable. It definitely is a skeleton staff operation, and the Bar/Restaurant closes @ 9pm. They assessed a "Resort" fee, and yet there is "no" room service.

Rooms were nice but our windows didn't work. Maintenance closed the windows for us right away but couldn't use them afterwards. Switches for the fireplace and lamps were hidden by the refrigerator. Food was ok but not great for the prices we paid.

Views from the room were very nice and the beach and amenities were all within short walking distance. Our room was clean and nicely laid out. Love the buffalo chicken soup.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was great. Perfect for weekend get away from Vancouver. Although we didn't experience the campfire due to bad weather but something to look forward to go back. Amenities were just fine 👌

great staff and facilities. great location. we travelled with our dogs and it was nice to see how pet friendly they are. no outrageous fees for pets. got one of the rooms facing the water and it was great. Good food in the bar also.

Sauna and steam room not working in SPA. The A/C unit in our room was ridiculously loud - cannot enjoy the room with it on.

I noticed that there was a lack of vending machines and ice machines on every floor - it looked like they were all taken out. The hot tub was also closed for our stay, which was a bit disappointing, but not a show stopper.

Property was clean and suited our needs quite well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was recently upgraded, and the towels were GREAT! Free coffee in room, too.
