Unfortunately our room was situated next to the elevators and there is residual noise from the carts especially late night than be disruptive to your rest

I checked in early..the first thing the lady did was try to downgrade my room and then told me there was no guarantee my room would be ready at 4 which was the agreed check in time...In order to persuade me to take the other room...I was not impressed!

Jacuzzi tub did not work. No info in the room as to how the phone works and how to contact front desk. I was told at check out it was my responsibility to call maintenance about the hot tub. I asked 2 days in a row for a hair dryer and never got one. When I checked in I was charged 30 a day for sundries? We barely used anything except a few towels We left a day early and were told we couldn’t get a refund because I booked online

Some staff was kinda rude. The room was mostly clean but not cleaned during our stay. House keeping didn't even stop once. However, there was no hair dryer and they didn't manage to get us one in 2 days either. Not cool with 3 girls with long hair. 2 towels for 4 people also seems off. Didn't get more even though we asked for it.

The location is great. It's pretty close to the falls and everything else.

Mostly just the cost of the food venues really was the only thing that was bringing the experience down. every time you look at the venue it was like 20+ for like something as simple as a sandwich.

all the stuff u can do like gambling and eat and even going for a nice stroll around the location. overall rooms were fantastic even though u didn't get to see the falls from the side we stay on but still offer a nice view.

Beds were very comfortable, but we had trouble getting up on them. High and we're older and short. It was kind.of funny

Location we never had to move car. Free shuttles if we didn't want to walk. The hotel was was very quiet on floors.

Staff was very "Vanilla" and not as friendly as I would expect in a casino Though there was smoke with-in the casino floor and environment I did not expect it in the fitness room with the machines to have smoke. "Actually pretty bad" The buffet was way over priced for the quality of the food presented "Dinner" After hours dining was not good at all. There should probably be a diner type of restaurant that goes after the midnight hours

The parking and walking from parking. We chose not to valet because we needed to keep using the car. There was no hotel lot specifically we could park in. It was very far to walk with disability.

They had no information about any travel shuttles. No routes, no schedules nothing! when I inquired at front desk they sent me to valet, valet sent me to guess service... nobody knew anything which was very dishearting. When I showed them the online information they just said didnt know. i later found out it actually runs every hour with casino pick up! How could they not know!
