There were two things that I disliked about my stay. The first is that guests had to pay for parking. The parking rate was astronomically high. $32 per night! Most hotels including Hilton hotels have a free or reduced guest parking lot. The second thing o didn’t like about my stay was whenever housekeeping would clean - they would not replace any of the items. I thought this was very odd… for example they would remove the dirty towels, used soap and coffee pods but would not replace anything. This felt like an extra nuance because I had to request everything be replaced.

The property was very nice. The room was clean, sophisticated and very nicely decorated. We were even given a free upgrade as a diamond member! 10/10 for the room aesthetic.

Being asked to pay $36 for parking. I parked instead at the nearby shopping area for free. Breakfast was expensive so I ate elsewhere.

It did take about ten minutes for a staff person to arrive at the front desk.

I needed a place to stay quickly and this worked out. The staff gave me a late check out which I appreciated. The shower was really really nice. Comfortable and warm.

Location is OK for a one night stay. But I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a longer stay. I predlfere hotels that are situated next to the heach.

We stayed in a hotel for a night during our Florida road trip. We were looking for a hotel that would be close to Fort Lauderdale with a parking and quite spacious room. And we found all that for our 9 hours stay there.

the location might not be perfect, but the room was extremely clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and if you have a rental car or don't mind Uber-ing (it's Miami after all), you won't have any issues.

The smell/odor. Animal dander, couch/sofa had a stench, body wash was empty, rugs weren’t fresh. These things really matter. The couch having an odor of pets/animals and looking so dirty was a big turn off. I didn’t sit on the couch once because of this. The lights do not turn off without blacking out the entire room.

Room was not ready at checkin, water in the room was $6 if you opened it - no glasses to use in room either only tiny espresso cups. But with the checkin mishap I did get a room benefit for my trouble, so I didn’t low star hotel.

The overnight parking rate seems excessive for this location, as a hotel guest. It’s always such an irritating part of the reservation. Where else would we park and so you’re penalizing guests who have a car.

The decor and ease of parking, though expensive. The beds and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. We had a separate room with a couch and table and full kitchen, which we completely utilized. The lounge area leading out to the pool, was the perfect place for morning coffee.
