Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThere were two things that I disliked about my stay. The first is that guests had to pay for parking. The parking rate was astronomically high. $32 per night! Most hotels including Hilton hotels have a free or reduced guest parking lot. The second thing o didn’t like about my stay was whenever housekeeping would clean - they would not replace any of the items. I thought this was very odd… for example they would remove the dirty towels, used soap and coffee pods but would not replace anything. This felt like an extra nuance because I had to request everything be replaced.
The property was very nice. The room was clean, sophisticated and very nicely decorated. We were even given a free upgrade as a diamond member! 10/10 for the room aesthetic.

I needed a place to stay quickly and this worked out. The staff gave me a late check out which I appreciated. The shower was really really nice. Comfortable and warm.

We stayed in a hotel for a night during our Florida road trip. We were looking for a hotel that would be close to Fort Lauderdale with a parking and quite spacious room. And we found all that for our 9 hours stay there.

The couch having an odor of pets/animals and looking so dirty was a big turn off. I didn’t sit on the couch once because of this. The lights do not turn off without blacking out the entire room.

United StatesThe overnight parking rate seems excessive for this location, as a hotel guest. It’s always such an irritating part of the reservation. Where else would we park and so you’re penalizing guests who have a car.
The decor and ease of parking, though expensive. The beds and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. We had a separate room with a couch and table and full kitchen, which we completely utilized. The lounge area leading out to the pool, was the perfect place for morning coffee.
