I wish there had been more instructions on what I could and could not use in the kitchen. There were no towels available to use for the shower.

The location was nice and safe, plenty of available street parking, the bed was comfy, and the house was beautiful.

Honestly, I have no suggestions to improve my experience. As I explained, Sonny is very accommodating and any need or question I had was addressed immediately.

You are reserving a room in a large, well furnished 5 bedroom home in NW Fresno. There are 4 available rooms, one with a private bath, the other three share an upstairs bathroom where the rooms are located. Sonny, the owner, is sometimes present and very accommodating always asking if you need anything or if there is anything he can do to make your stay more pleasant. There is a kitchen where he provides coffee and refridgerators, microwaves are available to heat your food but preparing/cooking onsite is not allowed to protect other guests from exposure to food allergens. The bathroom has soap and shampoo for guests to use, towels are provided and can be laundered as needed per your request. Sonny keeps the house immaculate by vacuuming frequently, changing trash daily in the common areas, keeping the yard mowed, trimmed and bushes/trees manicured. Oh, and free bottled water is always available.

The property was in a very nice neighborhood close to so many different places! It was 3 miles away from the business conference I was attending. I loved how extremely CLEAN & COZY the whole house & room was. Everything was so amazing.. I felt so comfortable & safe. This is definitely going to be my Go-To spot whenever I am in Fresno for business. The host was so helpful & very responsive! He helped me carry my luggage upstairs, let me know where everything was located & where to make coffee, where to park, & let him know if I need anything else. Absolutely loved it. Truly my favorite part was how super clean everything was, I'm a clean freak LOL so I felt right at home knowing & seeing how clean the host kept the home 🫶🏽🥰✨

The location is great, nice calm suburb. Room was very nice with enough space. Even though there were other guests I did not even know about them so no noise and you have your privacy. The host is very nice and helpful.

Understandably, unable to cook a meal due to others having food allergies and the liability for house fires. But at least there’s a large microwave and small refrigerator available.

Lovely house. The host is very friendly and accommodating who responds promptly to questions and requests. I love that it’s only for single adults. Eliminated extra noise and disturbance. Very quiet and safe area in Fresno. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s house. Plenty of shopping centers and restaurants nearby.
