Conveniently located between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Park. A home away from home for road trips. Highly recommend this location for families visiting southern Utah.

The bathroom amenities are not great, soap and shampoo could be improved.

The fun place and bunkbeds for the kids

Very comfortable, roomy house; we would stay here again. Everyone had a great time!

We did see a drying rack in one of the pictures, however we did not find it; would have been great since there's no dishwasher. Based on the description, and that there were 3 bedrooms, we thought there were 2 full baths rather than 1.5 baths.

Good location between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park and even the North Rim of the Grand Canyon (about 2 hrs away). Beautiful house and view. Game room is a great addition and families with kids would love the climbing wall. No kids in our group, but we had fun playing basketball. We did have to contact our host about a minor issue in the house and he was very responsive.

This property has 1.5 baths (only 1 shower) which takes a little coordination if you have 5+ people.

New house with kitchen and 3 full bedrooms. Very clean and well appointed. Loved the coffeemakers!

The curtains upstairs didn’t really do anything … so bring a good eye masks.

We loved the modern feel, the kids room was great, the kids were absolutely made up with the climbing wall
